Cons:

Onestamente penso che la struttura abbia davvero le potenzialità per diventare un bel hotel. Sarebbe utile partire dalla ristrutturazione degli interni, migliorare la pulizia e curare maggiormente gli spazi comuni. Anche la colazione ha sicuramente margini di miglioramento. Al momento, sembra che l’hotel sia un po’ trascurato e lasciato a sé stesso.

Staff completamente impreparato. Nessuno capace di parlare inglese né di usare il traduttore del telefono. Poca voglia di assistere l' ospite. Praticamente l' importante è non chiedere niente, neppure un taxi o un transfer che invece via messaggio su booking dicono poter prenotare con anticipo...

На 3-4 дня в Ташкент, не важно с семьей, друзьями, с половинкой только сюда
Pros:

Суперидеальная локация. Все под рукой, в самом центре города, едальни, тц, достопримечательности, балкон вью просто восхитительный, персонал, шикарные завтраки. Не первый и не последний раз. Персонал Шодлик Палас - Вы боги.

Cons:

Требует ремонта, но соотношение цена-качество покрывает минус. Мы только там ночевали и завтракали.

If anyone wants to stay in this hotel , should read this review.!
Pros:

It was a huge room. Near the city Center. It was a concrete building, which was cool ..

Cons:

The property needs refurbishing as the picture of the property is not recent.
The carpet was dirty,chairs were stained with dirty marked off.
The bad was not comfortable for sleeping.
The cupboards are not closing properly and they were stuck with white paper.
The breakfast was basic .

Хороший уютный с удобной локацией отель
Pros:

Понравилось расположение, ко всем необходимым для нас местам, в том числе ТРЦ и супермаркету было очень близко дойти пешком. В номере чисто, имеется все необходимое, включая мыломоющие средства. Питание разнообразное, сытное и очень вкусное. Сотрудники ресепшен внимательные и вежливые.

Cons:

Многие пишут в негативных отзывах о старой мебели, но для меня это некритично. Единственное, в номере отсутствовал электрочайник, но как позже выяснилось, кипятком в ресторане можно пользоваться 24/7. Нас это нисколько не затруднило.

Отличный отель. Если поеду в ташкент, буду в первую очередь смотреть в нем номера. Весь цент в шаговой доступности

Cons:

Состояние номера оставляет желать лучшего. В ванной сломана душевая лейка и протекает шланг душа. Дверь на балкон открывается, но не закрывается. Холодильника в номере нет. Уборку в номерах делают плохо ( при заселении нашел чужие носки под кроватью). Лампы в номере мерцают и светят очень слабо

A special mention goes to the girl at the front desk – she was very kind, communicative, and genuinely helpful. She made check-in smooth and was always ready to assist with any questions I had during my stay. Her hospitality really stood out and added a personal touch to the visit.

Overall, if you're visiting Tashkent and want a central place to stay with friendly service, Shodlik Palace is a solid choice.

Cons:

There are a few things that could be improved. The interior feels a bit outdated, especially the old-style light switches and fittings, which could definitely use an upgrade. The hotel in general could benefit from a bit more maintenance and care, just to freshen things up and match the great service and location.
