En el cuarto nos encontramos con dos cucarachas, me di cuenta al momento de pararme en la noche al baño y en la pared estaban estos dos insectos, deberían tener más cuidado con su limpieza.

Está en una avenida grande, hay una plaza enorme a unas cuadras y varios restaurantes a la vuelta de la esquina, a pesar de estar en una avenida las habitaciones son muy tranquilas y silenciosas, aislan muy bien el ruido, cambiaria los aires acondicionados que son muy viejos y la bomba del jacuzzi es demasiado ruidosa.

Mal servicio de la recamarista

Buen hotel la recepción fue algo lenta pero había más gente esperando así que fue normal.
Lo malo fue que pagamos otro día y al hacer la limpieza del cuarto nos quitaron todas las toallas usadas y no dejaron toallas nuevas, creo que un error así no debería pasar

En general el hotel es bueno para el rango de precios que manejan lo único malo de la habitación es que aire acondicionado no enfríaba, acerca del personal hubo unos recepcionistas que eran algo groseros, fuera de eso está bien

La habitación estaba sucia, se sentía mucho polvo, las instalaciones ya son viejas y sin mantenimiento. No dejaron agua, la regadera se veía opaca.
