Pros:

The staff were friendly.

Cons:

I booked and paid for a Family Room. But when I arrived they didnt have any and downgraded me, but never discounted my fee. There were four of us crammed into a smaller room.

Pros:

Used to book here every time when here for work or leisure because of its convenience. That's about all I like mow

Cons:

Room wasn't cleaned for the lone week stay...no changing of beddings and towels, no tea amenities provided after the first night, sliding door was cracked..dirty bathroom

Toilet was dirty, sheets were stained, no wifi in rooms even though it’s advertised that there is (only available if you sit at reception), cockroach and little lizard in the room also

Disgusting, place and area. The street itself was disgraceful. False advertising. No free taxi from airport.

The last night. I was moved to a nice unit.

Cons:

No hot water in my unit
The first unit had no tv reception
2nd unit water was lukewarm/cold
2nd unit tv had to be fixed. Remote's were the issue.
I had to ask for towels.
Mirror in bathroom held up by tape.
Shower leaked, no where to place feet when on toilet due to leaky shower. Which made floor dirty.
Smashed window in sliding door.
Swimming pool dirty so that was closed for over 2 days.
I could go on forever.

Staff was friendly and the location was very convenient

Cons:

It wasn't what I expected especially with the rooms was much different then what I saw on the website they really need to upgrade the photos to what the rooms actually look like and the room wasn't what we expected paying $180per FJD night and I stayed for 2 nights.. the bedsheets was like it wasn't Washed probably and the pillows well that needs upgrading and toilets and the bathroom.
Overall it wasn't what I expected and not worth the money!!..

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

I liked all. Especially spacious rooms and assistance by staff, the parking spaces and location was so convenient...the swimming pool was enjoyed by our children.

Cons:

If there was a dining area/restaurant or a kitchen to allow food preparation and convenient store.
