On the beach, could do with modernising but overall good value

Had a great stay, such a convenient hotel, right in the centre of everything and yet really quiet

Friendly hotel staff, rooms are very affordable.
Hotel location makes it a deciding factor which is at the front of the beach.

TV wasnt working, but u dont need the tv in Boracay. Hot water shower was not really hot, the weather was very warm during my stay so it was alright about the shower not being hot enough, on rainy days, the luke warm shower may not be good.

The location of the hotel, while a little tricky from the main paved road, is utterly perfect once you are on the beach. It is right in the middle of everything... great restaurants, activities, and nightlife options. I would stay here again on the location and value alone.

I marked the hotel down mostly due to the age of the place and general condition of my room. While clean, it was bare bones in terms of finishing touches. I never did get the shower temperature above lukewarm.

But you don't come to Boracay to hang out in the hotel room... and for place to sleep and secure my stuff, I would gladly stay here again.

Oh...and the welcome drink they give you st reception is delicious!

Amazing stay. Few steps away from the beach. Great complimentary breakfast selection. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great friendly staffs.

The staff was awesome, room was clean, great breakfast. For the price, it was perfect. I would stay here again if I returned to boracay.

Terrible service. Wifi didn't work in the room. Didn't even have beach towels. Only 3 lounge chairs on the beach. Breakfast was limited and poor quality.

Boracay is "the place" for many tourists visiting then Philippines - for my in was a disappointment and ended up a bit down on my list. There are so many other wonderful places here. The hotel was a disappointment mainly due to the room and the cleanliness. Upon arrival I was meet with smiling woman in the reception - efficient and polite The room was below standard and I found a living centipede crawling around in the bathroom

Upon check-in we were greeted in a friendly manner by everyone there including the security guard in front. They gave us iced tea as a welcome gift and we got checked in without issue. Over the next few days we would have little run ins with some of the front desk staff. I believe the one who gave us the most grief was the front desk manager. I wanted to make sure that room charges had been made to correct rooms the night before and walked to the front desk where the front desk manager preceded to ignore me. When I finally had her attention before I could finish my sentence she cut me off and and began talking about a related topic but not something that needed to be addressed. She was borderline attacking me. I paused and once again tried to address the issue and she turned away from me. After a minute she finally listend to what I was trying to tell her and didn't even apologize for being rude. There were other small tiffs with some other staff members not listening to us but nothing major. Overall the majority of the staff was good and the stay was good and the location is fantastic. Its right on the beach and you can be out of your room and on the sand or in the water in a minute or less. I would consider staying here again for the location alone.

The resort is right next to the beach, they serve good food, and the staff is very helpful and accomodating. The place is very relaxing. It's a simple hotel and the price is really affordable. It's in between station 1 & 2 so you get the best of both worlds. You can walk to station 2 where there are lots of bars and restaurants and shops, and then you can also walk to station 1 where there are less people and you can just relax there at some nice and fancy restaurants.

Staff were nice and breakfast choices were good.

Staff we're very friendly. Lots of breakfast choices and those that we ordered tasted good. Only down side is that Wifi and phone signal wasn't very strong inside the room.
