Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Cons:

Everything else! We arrived in the evening. The room was presented as a very basic unwelcoming pansyion (guest house). It bore no resemblance to the online photographs. There were no colourful cushions or throws. There were old sheets folded at the bottom of the bed. The duvets in the wardrobe did not have covers on. The two single beds had been pulled out infront of the fixed bedside tables which meant that a slim person had to squeeze through a small gap to access the balcony (or crawl over the bed). The bed also restricted access from the toilet. Not acceptable, especially when someone has mobility issues.

Breakfast was a rip off. Our booking stated breakfast was £1 payable to the hotel. When I went to pay for the mediocre breakfast buffet I was given a bill of £27 for two people. When I showed them my booking details I was told that my contract was with booking.com and that had nothing to do with them.

The staff looked bored and miserable. The place was not at all hospitable.

We moved out to a decent hotel.

When we complained I was accused of lying and staging the room for photos. Why on earth would I do that? They would not return any of our payment despite misrepresenting the room. Disgraceful!

Pros:

От 2015 г. посещавам хотела и почивам през юни и септември! Винаги си резервирам стая с морски изглед, защото гледката е превъзходна! Разположението на хотела е централно, можеш да се разхождаш и в двете посоки - център пристанище и Ичмелер! Магазините са на главната улица, а покрай морето е пълно с прекрасни малки заведения! Който не е идвал тук, непременно да го посети! Юни отново сме тук! Успешна нова година!

Rederlijk verblijf voor een goede prijs.

Dat het aan de boulevard lag en aan de zee.

Cons:

Ik persoonlijk vond het personeel niet echt vriendelijk en soms ronduit arrogant uit de ogen kijken (de jongen met het staartje). Het eten werd met de dag minder omdat we aan het einde vsn het seizoen zaten denk ik

Ich habe wahrscheinlich nur wegen des Meerblicks für das Zimmer bezahlt, leider. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, es gibt keinen Platz für Koffer. Die Minibar – tut mir leid – scheint nur zur Dekoration da zu sein, denn sie funktioniert nicht wirklich. Was die Sauberkeit betrifft, hat sich die Reinigungskraft zwar Mühe gegeben, aber es war trotzdem nicht so sauber, wie ich es mir gewünscht hätte. Das Essen vom Buffet war nicht immer frisch. Rindfleisch gab es gar nicht – jeden Tag nur Huhn oder Fisch.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit, aber die Servicekräfte waren leider weder erfahren noch professionell. Die Klimaanlage in der Lobby funktionierte selten, es war sehr heiß. Auch im Restaurantbereich gab es keine großen Ventilatoren oder Kühlgeräte. Wegen der Hitze war es kaum möglich, in Ruhe zu essen.

Ein Vorteil war der hoteleigene Strand – er war sauber. Aber insgesamt hätte das Hotel deutlich besser sein können.
