Great hotel in perfect location
Pros:

The hotel is well-established, with a solid structure and managed professionally. From a location perspective, it’s excellent 👍 — very close to the mall and offering easy access to various activity areas, especially for culinary exploration. Everything is within a short drive or even walking distance, which we really enjoyed.
The front office staff were helpful and informative, and overall communication throughout the hotel was clear. The room was clean, and the shower experience was great. We can see that the hotel has been making continuous improvements, which is appreciated.
However, there are a few areas that need attention. The extra bed (single bed) should be replaced or upgraded, as it feels below standard — you can clearly feel the springs when lying down. Towels also need refreshing, as some are worn out, torn, and rough.
Regarding the F&B service: our booking included breakfast, and due to an early morning tour, we requested to take simple items like bread and jam with us. Initially, the staff did not allow it and insisted that breakfast must be consumed at the restaurant. After politely explaining our situation and asking them to check with a supervisor, they eventually agreed. In situations like this, a bit more flexibility would be appreciated, especially since the breakfast was already included in the room rate. Staff training in handling such cases could be improved.
Overall, no major concerns — we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to return in the future, perhaps trying a different room type.

Nice hotel to spend a few days in Malang
Pros:

All the staff were very helpful and attentive, especially in the restaurant. They had a good laundry service too. The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Large stains on the bedroom carpet and cigarette burns in the curtain.

Comfortable Stay in the Heart of the City
Pros:

This hotel is perfectly located in the city center, which makes everything very convenient. Finding dinner was easy because there are many food options around the hotel.

The staff were friendly and quite helpful. The only issue I experienced was that I did not get a plastic bag for our laundry. It would be better if the hotel provided this facility more clearly.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back.
