Comfortable Stay in the Heart of the City
Pros:

This hotel is perfectly located in the city center, which makes everything very convenient. Finding dinner was easy because there are many food options around the hotel.

The staff were friendly and quite helpful. The only issue I experienced was that I did not get a plastic bag for our laundry. It would be better if the hotel provided this facility more clearly.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back.

Saya pikir pesan hotel melalui sistem online, tidak akan mendapat kamar hotel sesuai di catatan dalam booking aplikasi. Mengingat pengalaman saya sebelumnya, pesan kamar ber-AC malah dapat kamar untuk yang merokok. Tapi SwissBellin-Malang sangat profesional dengan permintaan pelanggan. Keren wiss..bisa balik lagi kalo ada perjalanan ke Malang.

Cons:

Jendela di 301 ada yang tidak ada penguncinya (rusak sepertinya) walau aksesnya hanya ke mesin AC luar, cuma saya agak berlebihan dalam memikirkannya.
