Saya pikir pesan hotel melalui sistem online, tidak akan mendapat kamar hotel sesuai di catatan dalam booking aplikasi. Mengingat pengalaman saya sebelumnya, pesan kamar ber-AC malah dapat kamar untuk yang merokok. Tapi SwissBellin-Malang sangat profesional dengan permintaan pelanggan. Keren wiss..bisa balik lagi kalo ada perjalanan ke Malang.

Cons:

Jendela di 301 ada yang tidak ada penguncinya (rusak sepertinya) walau aksesnya hanya ke mesin AC luar, cuma saya agak berlebihan dalam memikirkannya.

- Within walking distance to shopping mall with cinema.

Cons:

- We choose to stay in Swiss-Bel due to our great experience with Ciputra (owner by Swiss-Bel) in Semarang. However, Ciputra is of a much higher class than Swiss-Bel while the price is similar. Swiss-Bel is ok but the quality can't match Ciputra in Semarang.
- A lobby without great amosphere.
It looks more like a store than a lobby.
- For some strange reason every evening from 20.00 to 22.00 live music is outside in front of the hotel?
Why outside? With rain almost every evening and cold weather we don't want to sit outside to listen to live music. This performance should be inside in a bar area.
- Bathroom is too small compared to Ciputra and Swiss-Bel in Surabaya.
- Mattress was clearly of lower quality than Ciputra and Swiss-Bel in Surabaya.
- Warm water for only 5 minutes after which it was cold.

Overall, great facilities, a convenient location, and attentive staff made our stay enjoyable

The facilities were great. I traveled with my parents, and they really loved the fishing pond that the hotel has. The fish that we caught could even be cooked for us.

The hotel itself is in a very strategic location—it’s in the center of town and literally next to two shopping malls, making it easy to get anywhere.

Cons:

The only part I didn’t like was that I arrived on very busy days, so I understand that not all of our rooms could be on the same floor. That was just okay.

At dinner, there was a small incident where one of the restaurant staff accidentally spilled a hot beverage on a family member. However, it was handled very well by both the staff and the manager, who came immediately to assess the situation. There were no hard feelings—bad days can happen to anyone. I really appreciated how the manager handled the situation and even checked back with us the next morning to make sure everything was okay.
