Sadly on this occasion there is nothing I liked

Cons:

I've stayed here before in 2023 and I really enjoyed my stay, staff were great then, but on this occasion no one was interested in their job it just felt like they didn't want to be there, breakfast was even worse than last time, I didn't think that was possible. My room was also right next to the elevator which was constantly in use regardless of the hour

Pros:

I want to thank the kitchen staff and the employees for preparing my breakfast to go at 5 am. I arrived in Surabaya and ate it at the airport, it was warm and delicious. They wrapped my fried rice in aluminium foil to preserved the heat. It was meaningful. Thank you!

Cons:

Good stay with a shopping centre and food local.
Pros:

The swimming pool was a good size and very clean. The beds were comfortable.

L’accueil de Edo à la réception était juste exceptionnel, il a toujours eu le bon ton et nous a organisé nos deux excursions. Une personne fiable et exceptionnelle.

Cons:

Le service de Édo à la réception qui a fait toute la différence à notre arrivée en Indonésie pour nous permettre de ne pas perdre de temps dans nos visites.

Krásný hotel, ale obrovské zklamání z restaurace

Krásný, moderní a čistý pokoj (dokonce i s malou ledničkou) koupelna taky moderní a čistá

Cons:

Ubytování jako takové bylo v pořádku. Hotelové pokoje byly velmi čisté, moderní a pěkně zařízené.
Bohužel náš zážitek naprosto zkazil přístup personálu v restauraci. Přišli jsme před 22:00 a slušně se zeptali, zda mají ještě otevřeno. Číšník nás usadil a přinesl jídelní lístky. Následujících 45 minut si nás ale nikdo nevšímal, přestože jsme byli v celé restauraci jako jediný pár. Nakonec jsme museli odejít hladoví. Pokud restaurace už nevařila, stačilo to říct hned na začátku a chovali bychom se podle toho. Tento přístup k hostům byl velmi neprofesionální.
