Pros:

Beautiful view. Cozy

Cons:

They didn't tell you to use your room card on the elevator so it kept going up and down and door wouldn't open. Didn't like that at all

I did enjoy my stay and I will be back
Pros:

Yes I did like pretty much everything and when I arrived there the receptionist named Danielle was very pleasant and helpful

Cons:

But what I didn’t like the next morning receptionist was not as multitasking and I asked him a question he did answer while he was helping others but after he continued to do his work without assistance from him until I said something almost as if he couldn’t see me and it was not that busy just think that he couldn’t have been more aware because everyone’s not as honest in the this/ my situation

Kaltes Schwimmbad obwohl beheizt dort steht, Frühstück ist reine Abzocke (jedes Teil muss nochmal extra bezahlt werden was einem vorher keiner sagt wenn man schon den teueren Buffetpreis bezahlt)

Pool war kalt (wir haben das Hotel wegen des „beheizten“ Innenpools gebucht..), Trockner war kaputt, Frühstück ist schon teuer und dann muss ma jede Wurst, Käse, Ei etc. noch extra direkt dort bezahlen

We checked in late but upon arrival there was no valet parking also our room was cold call front desk and they sd maint

That it was downtown

Cons:

No valet parking, the parking lot that you park cost $23.00 daily! It’s not gated and it’s a nice brisk walk not a fan in a snow storm. The lobby was a little run down carpet ripped and dirty the couches looked very worn. Breakfast is not included you can but it cost and it’s pricy for breakfast!
