They didn't tell you to use your room card on the elevator so it kept going up and down and door wouldn't open. Didn't like that at all

Yes I did like pretty much everything and when I arrived there the receptionist named Danielle was very pleasant and helpful
But what I didn’t like the next morning receptionist was not as multitasking and I asked him a question he did answer while he was helping others but after he continued to do his work without assistance from him until I said something almost as if he couldn’t see me and it was not that busy just think that he couldn’t have been more aware because everyone’s not as honest in the this/ my situation
