Pros:

The staff were simply amazing. Pool was great and room was very clean - top marks!
There is a fab restaurant and cake shop on site.
A very Special thanks to Wendy on reception who was so helpful and to our very lovely housekeeper Barbara.

Pros:

Fantastic stay in the Wendy House. Felt like home and a fabulous location with easy access to everything we needed. Loved watching the parakeets from our balcony every morning. Gorgeous balcony with friendly bird visits so spent most of our time at home on that. Fab local coffee shop, recommend the rum punch. Great local Jamaican restaurant, recommend the curried goat. Loved this place so much. Stayed with my mum and we were both super happy with our lovely 2 bed Wendy House.

Pros:

There was a nice set of towels and the room would be cleaned very well. I just wished someone served breakfast as it was advertised.

Cons:

The neighbors were very loud and would keep me up at night. Also felt like the hotel needs elevators as we had to carry heavy luggage down a large flight of stairs.

Definitely not worth the money.
Pros:

My room 26 was awful .. no patio.. had to have curtains closed all the time as it was a thoroughfare. Dark with no windows it was like a storeroom. Staff were nice.

Cons:

No windows or patio … couldn’t open curtains as everyone could look in when walking by. Patio consisted of a tiny table and 2 chairs along the thoroughfare.

Friendly and good location
Pros:

Such a friendly hotel in a convenient location to the beach and eating places. It is of original Barbados style, unmodernised with plenty of character. If you want swish, sleek and very modern this hotel might not be for you, but if you like character and quirkiness you'll feel at home here

It would be nice to have washing up liquid provided in the kitchen

Sehr gute Lage. Strandnähe, St. Lorenz Gap mit Infrastruktur, Frühstücksmöglichkeit, Bars, Restaurants etc. gleich ums Eck. Hotelzimmer (Suite) war groß und sauber. Betten OK.

Good value for a simple stay in an excellent location!
Pros:

Excellent location (near Dover beach and plenty of restaurants). Pool and BBQ (but didn’t use them). Spacious and clean rooms. Very safe (security guard overnight).Very helpful and kind staff (shout out to Wendy)

Cons:

Toilet didn’t flush at the start of my trip. Needed to be repaired. Rooms are older and could use basic updating.
