Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

They mis represented the Hotel. It is advertised as a Hotel but it is an apartment building that was converted to Hotel rooms. The place is run down and needs serious renovations. The metal grills around the property were rusted and damaged. There were holes in the carpets on the floor throughout the building.

Pros:

Goede locatie, op 5 min lopen van Dover beach. In de nabije omgeving is er een supermarkt en een paar eettentjes.
De studio is erg groot. Genoeg ruimte om je spullen op te bergen. Groot balkon.

Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Keuken, toilet en douche waren niet schoon. Veel kalkaanslag aan de kranen en draaiknoppen, wat m.i. schoon te maken is. In de badkamer was er bij aankomst haren aan de tegels geplakt.
Er komt iedere dag een schoonmaker langs maar het toilet en douche worden niet schoongemaakt. Wel worden de handdoeken vervangen en gedweild.
We hebben ook gezien hoe de tegels van het zwembad werd schoongemaakt. Dat zag er niet hygienisch uit.

Jammer dat er niet veel met de buitenruimte wordt gedaan. Er is een leuk hoekje met hangmatten, een ander hoekje met banken, en 1 met een picknick tafel. Het is echter op de een of andere manier niet utnodigend om daar te zitten.
Je kan op dinsdag meedoen met yoga maar dat is erg onduidelijk aangegeven.

In de bars in de omgeving wordt er, tot mijn verbazing, veeal jaren 80 muziek gedraaid. Dat is ook bij een aantal bars in the Gap.

Well placed, clean with big, comfortable room and nice pool, near to restaurants and shopping centre

Cons:

Quite niusy at times with roosters making there things at 5am and i did have problem with noisy guests ( which isn’t hotes fault) but noisy cleaning is. Personell is very nice dough

The staff were simply amazing. Pool was great and room was very clean - top marks!
There is a fab restaurant and cake shop on site.
A very Special thanks to Wendy on reception who was so helpful and to our very lovely housekeeper Barbara.

Pros:

Fantastic stay in the Wendy House. Felt like home and a fabulous location with easy access to everything we needed. Loved watching the parakeets from our balcony every morning. Gorgeous balcony with friendly bird visits so spent most of our time at home on that. Fab local coffee shop, recommend the rum punch. Great local Jamaican restaurant, recommend the curried goat. Loved this place so much. Stayed with my mum and we were both super happy with our lovely 2 bed Wendy House.

Pros:

There was a nice set of towels and the room would be cleaned very well. I just wished someone served breakfast as it was advertised.

Cons:

The neighbors were very loud and would keep me up at night. Also felt like the hotel needs elevators as we had to carry heavy luggage down a large flight of stairs.
