Magic Village Yards, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

The setup is great! Everyone has their own rooms & bathroom. There’s a laundry room in the condo which is wonderful. But we had more negatives than positives. The main gate to get into the property you need a code or you press a button to get ahold of the receptionist. So we called a few times NO answer. Finally an older man came out I’m guessing security to open it for us & directed us to the reception. She told us due to maintenance issues their working on it.I was told we would have a private hot tub on our patio. We did not. I even called to verify with the property the day before. It did not have any essentials that other places had. Like salt & pepper. The extra blankets in the closet needed to be cleaned before using they were folded with nasty stuff on them. The hanging lights in the center of living room has con webs and dust so thick they looked like they’ve never been cleaned! Some TVs had a few channels a couple TVs had options for you to sign into your apps like Netflix … the master upstairs didn’t have the option and had only news channels. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The only option I had to clean with was a dirty broom that looks as if it was used on the patio. To be swept & a vacuum that did not suck it just would spread the dirt all over the place. Also we tried the pool one time and couldn’t get into the side gates so we went into the reception area and they said due to maintenance issues it Dosent work.

Excellent and spacious.

Property is ok, not great not terrible. Location is good for the parks. Very little English spoken so communication was sometimes difficult. We had 3 issues in our room but someone came and fixed all 3. There are literally no amenities. You get 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 paper towel, 1 soap for dish washer, etc then you're on your own. We were charged some fees at checkin that were in the fine print and not in the balance shown on confirmation, never a good feeling. There is no shade at the pool area at all, some umbrellas are needed. I didn't know anything about the VIP but we did not receive any benefits from this.

Very nice and quiet community! Clean! Daily garbage pick up outside the front door is a definite positive! Not much for kids to do but a beautiful place!

Great stay

We had an amazing time. I highly recommend staying here. All the comforts of home while enjoying your time in Florida. Super easy access to Disney parks. The front desk staff was phenomenal

The property was terrible. The furniture was old. They didn’t give us a code to come into the gate at all. They didn’t answer the front phone. Customer care was terrible. They made you pay a dollar a roll for toilet paper toilet paper this Wyndham terrible terrible terrible terrible. I wish I would’ve got my money back. I would never ever recommend this to anybody From lying about their restaurant from lying about their property. Your mom it was bottles in the back of our yard a lot of the appliances didn’t work. They gave us a vacuum cleaner for us to clean to clean the apartment, the manager and the receptionist at the desk I never seen people so rude so rude everything I asked for was no no no they couldn’t provide me a shower chair so the lady told me why don’t you bring one on on the airplane with you what a idiot how am I supposed to bring up a shower chair airline they could not provide a shower chair for the stable people they didn’t care he said the restaurant is a beautiful restaurant the restaurant all you could eat pizza when in the website it says shrimp dinners all kinds of beautiful stuff nothing but pizza and it don’t open till 6 o’clock They had nothing stocked in the apartment so I went to the front desk where they were supposed to have soda water Tylenol stuff like that. They didn’t have nothing but on the website it showed beautiful it was they didn’t have junk. Cost me $36 for four bottles of water and two cans of soda there was nothing in that room to

Very convenient location near Animal Kingdom. Nothing fancy about the neighborhood, close to a main road with a huge Target and several dinning/fast food options.

This is a nice, quiet, clean and convenient place to stay near Disney. It has plenty of room for a large family and more bathrooms than you could need! That said, the property is a bit tired and could use some updates and TLC.
