Pros:

The place was clean and nice, and the staff was helpful for the most part. The system was clear, and the instructions were easy to follow. Overall, a pleasant and straightforward experience!

Cons:

was very disappointed with the lack of basic essentials provided during my stay. I stayed for a week and was only given two dishwasher pods. When I asked for more, I was bluntly told I would have to pay for them.

For a stay costing around $1,000, I expected basic supplies to be provided in a reasonable amount. It doesn’t make sense to provide a dishwasher without enough supplies to use it. Overall, very disappointed with the experience

Definitely coming again
Pros:

Right when u entered it smells nice, went upstairs Nicolas was very nice to talk to, the studio was very clean and everyone worked like a charm

Cons:

Maybe the water temp that was unregulated, like you could have 5 sec hot then 5 sec regular temp then 10 sec cold with messing with the handle.

Großes, teures Studio bei zentraler Lage
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in der Stadt. Der Bahnhof, das Maurithuis und auch Chinatown sind fußläufig in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer ist schön. Es ist sehr geräumig und man hat eine Badewanne. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich. Man teilt sich jedoch zu zweit eine Decke. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage und die Küchenzeile hat auch eine Mikrowelle mit integrierter Backfunktion. Insgesamt das Studio sehr hübsch. Die Lobby ist gemütlich und hat auch vier Gesellschaftsspiele (UNO, Domino, Schach und Puzzle) im Angebot.

Cons:

Beim Check-In haben mir grundlegend Informationen gefehlt. Ich wurde nicht über das Gym oder die kostenfreien Heißgetränke am Morgen aufgeklärt. Den WLAN Zugang erhält man nur per Email (somit ist Internet die Voraussetzung für das Internet?). Die betreuende männliche Servicekraft konnte nur auf Nachfragen mögliche Ausflugsziele empfehlen. Andere Städte der Niederlande wurde ihre Attraktivität abgesprochen, obwohl beispielsweise Leiden eine sehr schöne und lohnenswerte Stadt ist. Für den Preis fand ich den Service ungenügend.

Die Küche hatte noch paar geknickte Teebeutel und Zucker im Angebot. Kein Salz oder Pfeffer. Vom Geschirr gab es von allem nur zwei Ausführungen. Die Beschichtung der Pfanne war schon aufgekratzt. Beim kochen wurde die Herplatte teilweise beim Bedienungsfeld so heiß, dass man wirklich aufpassen musste, sich nicht zu verbrennen. Der Mülleimer ist ständig aus seiner Befestigung gefallen. Spülmaschinentabs gab es nur zwei. Der Rest muss erworben werden.

Toilettenpapier muss man sich selbst bei der Lobby holen, wenn es leer ist. Es gibt keine Zimmerreinigung bei einem Aufenthalt unter einer Woche. Ich fände Bodylotion auch angemessen.

Das Gym ist relativ klein, aber sauber. Dort gibt es auch zusätzlich Handtücher.

Bei einem reduzierten Preis von 150€/ Nacht und der aktuellen Booking.com Bewertung von 8.8 hätte ich wirklich mehr erwartet. Insgesamt war das Hotel wirklich schön und zentral, aber dennoch entsprach es nicht meiner Vorstellung.
