Pros:

Good bed, air-conditioned, good location, always staff awayble, nice with kitchen & refrigerator.

Cons:

No cleaning equipment- and no ones cleaning before 7 nights. It gets dirty without any ways to clean. Way to hot woth a duvet that is for winter (400 grams per square meter is way too hot). And you can not get a summer duvet from the staff.

Top Hotel und top Stadt – insbesondere die coolen kleinen Bars an den Wasserkanälen.
Pros:

Die Lage könnte nicht besser und zentraler sein. Die Studios mit ihren 28 qm bieten alles, was man sich wünschen kann: Küche mit den notwendigen Küchenutensilien und Eisschrank, Badezimmer mit Badewanne plus separater Dusche, separate Toilette, viel Space, Klimaanlage, TV (allerdings leider ohne ARD, ZDF, SRF und CNN), erfreuliche Sauberkeit plus einfach viel gute Atmosphäre im gesamten grosszügigen Gebäude. Ich habe schon sehr viele Hotelzimmer gesehen, aber das hier gehörte zu den eindeutig besseren. Und der Preis war überaus fair.

Cons:

Da fällt mir jetzt nichts ein. Höchstens dies: Ich bestellte und bezahlte für meinen 7-tägigen Aufenthalt beim Check-In bewusst zusätzliche Towels und die Abfallentsorgung für jeden Tag (Aufpreis von € 10 pro Tag). Hätte ich das nicht getan, wäre dies wohl nur alle 3 bis 4 Tage erfolgt. Das wäre auch ganz okay, aber ich schätze es einfach, wenn ich verwöhnter Zeitgenosse am Morgen frische Tücher habe.
