Het was een verblijf conform verwachtingen.
Pros:

Fantastisch!
Pros:

Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en gastvrij.
De kamer(studio) was fijn ingericht, badkamer ook heel fijn!
Ligging was heel centraal.
Wat een fijn hotel! 👍

Cons:

Het enige was dat het wat warm was op de kamer (thermostaat wilde niet naar beneden)

Pros:

Μεγάλη μονάδα στο κέντρο της Χάγης, με τον κεντρικό σταθμό, τα τραμ, τα καταστήματα και τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια. Καλαίσθητος χώρος υποδοχής, με καφέ και τσάι. Εικοσιτετράωρη reception, με πολύ ευγενικά και εξυπηρετικά νεαρά άτομα. Το δωμάτιο άνετο, καθαρό, με όλες τις παροχές (μέχρι και πλυντήριο πιάτων, παρότι όλα τα προσφερόμενα πιάτα και μαχαιροπήρουνα ήταν μόνο ανά δύο!). Επίσης και μπανιέρα και ντουζιέρα στον ίδιο χώρο! Εξαιρετικό το κρεβάτι. Αυτόνομος κλιματισμός. Ωραία θέα της πόλης από τον 4ο όροφο, παρότι η μισή "έβλεπε" σε κτήριο γραφείων.

Cons:

Πολλά δωμάτια είναι "τυφλά", βλέπουν τοίχους ή ακάλυπτους χώρους (ίσως θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει διαφορετική τιμολόγηση γι΄ αυτά). Έλειπαν τα χαρτικά από την -κατα τ΄ άλλα- πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Καθαρισμός δωματίου, αλλαγή πετσετών, ανά επτά ημέρες (δεκτό, λόγω οικολογικού αποτυπώματος).

Toplocatie met mooie kamers
Pros:

De locatie, de mooie kamer van alle gemakken voorzien, de heel sfeervolle en gezellig ingerichte receptie/entree, vriendelijk personeel en een goed ontbijt

Cons:

Het feit dat ik gebombardeerd werd met mails waarin steeds weer gevraagd werd om het verblijf te upgraden; erg irritant!

It could be great but small details lime coffees, lounge, freshness of the room will keep it as 2or3

Very friendly personeel, best area in the center

Cons:

Lounge a bit off no options for fun, coffees used to be free but now they charge like a cafe. I just had one coffee free and then i wanted to refill my cup and they just put a charge on it so i didnt do it. Cleaning once per 7 days and no new towels, room a bit cold always. Bathroom is very good however with very hot water. Outside area for smokers not existi g its just on the streets and if it rains you just get soaked.

Great stay with very friendly and welcoming staff.
Pros:

The hotel staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful during our stay. They made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their positive attitude really made our experience even better. Thank you for the great service!

Pros:

立地が便利。中心街にあって駅やスーパーも近い。ラウンジがおしゃれ。スタッフがフレンドリー。

Cons:

最初の晩にバスルームを使ったところ、①バスタブに毛が落ちている②バスタブの栓がきちんと閉まらずお湯が抜けていってしまう③シャワーブースのドアの閉まりが悪くお湯がブース外に飛び出してしまう、といった問題が起きました。スタッフの方は親切で二泊目の部屋を変更してくれましたが、新しい部屋のバスタブにも毛が落ちていたのは残念でした。また部屋はおしゃれですがアメニティはほとんどありません。特に不足していると感じたのは①ティッシュ②フロント直通の電話③ホテルに関しての案内の3つです。安くない料金を払ったのと、ビジュアルがすごく良かったので、期待値が高すぎました。
