Das Cove ist direkt im Zentrum von Den Haag auf der Bunmelmeile, trotzdem ist es im Zimmer sehr leise gewesen, das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küchenzeile ist mit dem nötigsten für zwei und einem großen Kühlschrank ausgestattet, sodass Selbstversorgung möglich wäre.
Die Zimmer werden nur einmal die Woche gereinigt, was für uns vollkommen okay war. Handtücher und co konnte man sich an der Rezeption abholen.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und haben uns auch mit unserer Stornierung unterstützt.
Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns nicht gefallen. Die Brötchen waren sehr hart, die Auswahl an Aufschnitt war klein, das Rührei war wässrig und für dir süßen Aufstrich gab es keine Schälchen oder extra Besteck.
Nach unseren ersten Frühstück im Hotel haben nach einer Stornierung der Frühstücks-Buchung gefragt und diese in die Wege geleitet.
Locatie
Slechte service. Boeking was omgezet, wanneer we arriveerde vonden ze dat we dubbel moesten betalen. Na dit hebben besproken moesten bij het uitchecken alsnog dubbel betalen. Onaardig personeel, allesbehalve gastvriendelijk.
