Nice hotel that has a fitness center with some weights, cardio equipment, and lots of room. The outstanding breakfast is really a highlight of the hotel - it's wonderful. Eggs, oatmeal, fruit, some veggies, and delicious yogurt (also lots of breads and muffins if you're into carbs). The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but there is enough space to store all your clothes comfortably for the week and there's a hotel safe for locking up things, a fridge for keeping beverages cold, and lots of plugs to charge laptops, phones, etc. The hotel is just outside a nice running/walking path that goes on for miles. It's very well located and parking is convenient and easy if you have a car. I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

It's great hotel. I stayed for several days for business trip. Rooms are prestigious. Service is amazing with so friendly staff and at best of service. Best breakfast buffet I experience in a while. Highly recommended.

We booked the hotel on recommendation from a friend who stayed here last year .
And all we can say is the place is utterly beautiful and we’ve so enjoyed our 3 nights and the use of the gym with my husband looking gorgeous all pumped up …!
We had an evening in the bar and met the wonderful Angelique who never stopped cleaning , tidying and keeping us topped up with beverages.
I run two uk based companies and would be proud to have this young lady as part or the team so please please reward her for the services she provided on our visit .

Now, i haven't been in many hotels in my life to have an comparison idea, but, for the prices they offer, i believe it is one of the best deals I could get for the experiences I had there, the first time I was there it has imprinted in my mind as one of the best experiences I had, I read many other reviews and yes, it's not perfect, but the rooms were clean, well designed ( i myself would appreciate a door for the shower but it might as well simply be a personal preference ) and I met my expectations . The food, on the other hand is one of the things that will stick with me for a lifetime, as I said, i haven't had much experience in luxury places, but, i do have some sort of idea, and Mercour really set the standard for me, I have absolutely never tasted anything better in my life, and I can't wait to live that again, I am a man of respect for food, ( and a chef of my own ) and the food there was incredible, it was one of the only times I actually ate everything, ( and I mean everything, if it was a buffet, i would eat and try everything from every single different type of food, from all the breads, to all the candies, to all the coffee maker options, i still regret not trying even more . I loved the restaurant asthetic, especially the bar, it had the vibe I think of when I think of a restaurant 4 star hotel bar , ( was too underaged to actually try it, but they did seel a good immage ). I myself would go there any time I would get the chance again, and ofc, again it wasn't perfect, but i am of opinion that imperfections is what makes life livable, it what brings personality to things and to memories, I know some people are there just for buisness and stuff, but as a pretty cheap, luxury experience amongst friends, and for the sake of fun, it is a hotel that can promise at least this, and seeing the beauty in the bad will make anyone's life's soo much better.

The reception and bar staff are great, lots of effort on their part, well appointed modern and clean hotel, one temporary draw back was the early morning tooting of horns and construction work from neighbouring development, so only a few hours sleep had, prior to an important appointment. Not the hotels fault, but a heads up to get an early night would have been good.

Im sure the work will be completed soon enough.

welcomed as soon as we walked in. friendly efficient receptionist. room fresh and clean, well done housekeeping staff. bar and restaurant staff friendly and efficient as usual. plenty of breakfast choice, tables quickly cleared even though it was busy. a great start to a break for us, that is why we have returned so many times!

Dame namens Sofie bei check out war nicht hilfsbereit und unhöflich bei erstellung der Rechnung. Rechnung wurde auf kleinere Summe ausgestellt wie von der expedia berechnet, da angeblich bei denen im System anderer Preis stand.

In the region twice a year and always at the Mercure Roeselare. The position is ideal for my business engagements. Room is confortable and including all possible services and there is an excellent restaurant. Parking places are available (woulrd be good if there would be some e-charger with different types of loadigs. I cannot charge my hybrid car). Close to the motorway. Very easy check in and out.

De kamers zijn heel schoon. Het ontbijt is heel lekker, maar er was naar mijn idee te weinig personeel. Ik heb langer dan 30 minuten moeten wachten aan de bar totdat er iemand kwam. Mijn koffie besteld en daarna kwam de medewerker ook niet meer terug. Wederom 30 minuten gewacht, uiteindelijk gelopen naar de receptie om te vragen of ik mijn koffie daar mocht afrekenen aangezien ik enorme haast had voor een zakelijke afspraak. Ik kreeg hier heel veel stress van helaas. Verder was alles top, fijne fitnessruimte en het hotel rook fris.

Restaurant fermé. Le restaurant etait l'un des critères pour lequel j'avais choisi l'etablissement. Tout comme le parking qui etait disponible mais payant et tres cher.
Hotel vieillissant,tres peux de prises dans une chalbre enorle, deco délabré, tres froid dans les chambres. J'ai demandé de augmenter la temperature et on m'a amène, tres gentiment, un petit radiateur complètement inutile.
Personnel gentil et souriant mais pas efficace

Mooi modern hotel met voldoende parkeerplaatsen. Gezellige bar, restaurant en echt heerlijk. Vriendelijk ontvangst bij de receptie.

mooi hotel, goed eten en drinken, mooie badkamer, kamer was een beetje te warm, ontbijtprijs aan de hoge kant.

Order meal via scan, crap, no description to meals

Extremely limited menu in certain areas

Pay your bill before you actually see it?? I think mine was a little wrong but didn’t raise it but guts honestly pay before you see it?

When you get out off elevators, darkness, hard to find your room

Otherwise perfect, I’d stay here again and again but please listen to simple fixes
