المكان جدًا جميل قريب من الحرم جدًا بذات جهة النساء حرفيًا دقيقة او دقيقتين وانتم داخل إن شاء الله وكمان قريب من القهاوي والمطاعم، تعامل الموظفين هناك من افضل ما يكون الله يسعدهم جدًا متعاونين واعطوني غرفة مطلة على الحرم وأكبر من اللي طلبتها افضل خدمة عملاء ممكن تشوفونها، المكان نظيف وكمان الشراشف الخ. إن شاء الله مو آخر تجربه معهم.

Cons:

ريحة دورة المياة حسيتها شوي غريبه، مدري إذا بس عندي او عند الكل لكن تراهم جدًا متعاونين إذا طلبتواهم يحلون المشكله إن شاء الله يحلونها لكم.

Al Harithia is an amazing hotel, and the way we were looked after throughout our stay was exceptional.
We arrived quite late in the evening and were initially given a room that had a few issues. I spoke with Abdul Hakeem about our concerns, and he was very polite, understanding and helpful. The following day, Fatimah personally contacted me, showed me a few alternative rooms, and upgraded us to a Junior Suite. They also kindly sent us Arabian coffee, dates and fresh fruit as an apology for the inconvenience. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated.
The housekeeping team, especially Mohammed Ali and Menarul Islam, were excellent. They were always checking to make sure everything was okay, and they were consistently friendly, helpful and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. Their professionalism, kindness and genuine care made our stay truly memorable.
I would highly recommend Al Harithia to anyone visiting the area, and I would definitely stay here again.

فندق ممتاز جداً و يلبي جميع الاحتياجات و يستحق العودة مرة أخرى.
Pros:

قريب جداً من الحرم و موقعه جداً استراتيجي حيث يوجد خدمات و مرافق كثيرة متوفرة حول الفندق، و قريب جداً من بوابات النساء و الرجال.
الغرف واسعة و مريحة
المتابعة بشكل دوري من قبل خدمة العملاء بالفندق للاطمئنان على راحة النزلاء و الوقوف على احتياجاتهم و مساعدتهم.
الاستجابة السريعة لأي طلب أو ملاحظة.
طلبت منهم late checkout الى الساعة الثالثة عصراً، و تم تلبية الطلب برحابة صدر.

Cons:

طريقة الحجز من خلال الفندق تتم عن طريق الواتساب ولا يقبلون بالاتصال، و الردود على الواتساب تتأخر، يا ليت يتم النظر على الأقل في تخصيص الاتصال للإجابة على الاستفسارات حتى يختصر الوقت بعدها يتم ارسال البيانات و الحجز عن طريق الواتساب.

الأثاث جيدا جداً و لكن بعض الفنادق المحيطة و المُجددة أثاثها أفخم و أحدث،،
الفندق مزدحم و يتضح ذلك خلال وقت الفطور،، و لكن هذا بحد ذاته يدل على سمعة الفندق الطيبة و أنه مرغوب

Visite à Medhine
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hotel est top (à proximité de la mosquée de Medhine). Le personnel est top est très intentionné. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Le buffet du petit déj est très garnis avec du choix occidental et oriental.

Cons:

Plus de restaurants aux alentours aurait été top.

قريب جدا من المسجد النبوي ولبوابات النساء.. الطاقم مرحبين وبشوشين .. واشكر الاخت خلود العمري على حسن استقبالها.. الافطار جيد جدا .. وخدمه الغرف سريعه..
وشكر خاص للاخت لجين مسووله علاقات النزلاء كانت متواصله معي بشكل دائم وحريصه على راحه النزلاء
سنعود للفندق باذن الله
