The staff is very welcoming with their warm hospitality, they were very accommodating and beautiful to deal with, the best first encounter of Madinah people when just arrived in the city. Mariam Thafir was very nice, polite and pleasant to deal with, she surprised us with a room upgrade upon checking in and was very accommodating.
The location of the hotel is perfect! Very very close to Haram for both men and woman gates

We had a lovely week-long stay at Maysan Al Harithia Hotel in Madinah during the first ashara of Ramadan. We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was very spacious and comfortable for two people. The rooms have an early-2000s aesthetic and seem to be in the process of receiving a much-needed refresh. Our package included breakfast, which during Ramadan was served as suhoor. The large buffet offered a great variety of cuisines, and there was always plenty of seating even during peak times. It was very convenient not having to worry about finding food and being able to focus on ibadah and rest. Elevator wait times were generally reasonable, though they can slow down around salat times both before and after prayers, so it helps to plan ahead. My mother was using a walker during our visit, and we found the hotel to be accessible and easy to navigate.The location is especially convenient for women. The hotel entrance opens directly towards one of the women’s prayer areas of Masjid Nabawi through Gate 269 (Doors 16/17). If we heard the adhan from our room, we could quickly reach the masjid courtyard in time to join the congregation. The hotel staff from security to housekeeping to restaurant to front desk were consistently friendly and welcoming. Lojain and the guest relations team were especially wonderful. They checked on us throughout our stay and made us feel genuinely cared for. Any concern we had was addressed quickly, and they always made sure we were comfortable and satisfied. We have stayed at several of the hotels along the courtyard on this side of the Haram, and this was by far one of our most spacious and comfortable stays.

Service, staff, location and food was amazing Alhamdulillah. We were early as our flight to Madina landed after fajr. We were only hoping to leave our luggages at hotel and spend time at the Masjid Nawabi, but Yunus at reception called us early and checked us in earlier when room became available. This helped us get some much needed rest before Zuhr. The Suite was spacious for the 4 of us, as they had 2 seperate rooms with 2 single beds in each. Lifts were efficient, and they managed peak busy times very efficiently.
The Suhoor buffet was quality and tasty alhamdulillah, and they changed it up everyday. The staff including Rifat and Miraz and co in house keeping were so hospitable to all our needs.
The whole experience was great and we will surely try book this hotel in future visits in sha Allah. The hotel added to the peace we felt in the city of the Prophet.
