10/10 – An unforgettable stay in Madinah

Our stay at The Venue Al Harith Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.

The warm welcome set the tone immediately. The receptionist lady greeted us with traditional Arabic coffee and a smile that made us feel at home after our journey. It was a beautiful touch that reflected the hotel's outstanding hospitality.

A special thank you also goes to the administration team, especially the member who stayed in contact with us through WhatsApp throughout our stay. Regularly checking if we needed anything and responding so quickly made the service feel incredibly personal. It gave us complete peace of mind knowing help was only a message away.

The housekeeping team deserves the highest praise. Shakib, Mamoun, and Aous-Mia were simply outstanding. They were always kind, respectful, cheerful, and took great pride in their work. Our room was spotless every single day, beautifully prepared, and they consistently made sure we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail and sincere kindness did not go unnoticed and truly enhanced our stay. They cleaned up after the mess our baby daughter would leave whenever we needed and we a truly grateful for that.

Every member of staff we encountered greeted us warmly with smiles and genuine respect. It never felt like they were simply doing a job, they truly cared about making our visit to the blessed city of Madinah as comfortable and memorable as possible.

The hotel itself is excellent: immaculate rooms, comfortable beds, fantastic facilities, and an ideal location within easy walking distance of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. Everything was maintained to an exceptionally high standard.
The shower water took a bit of time to get the temperature correct and stable.
But was completely fine nevertheless.

I think everything was good but we were suffering with the WiFi service. Every time when we go out of the hotel the WiFi gets disconnected so when return to the hotel we have to sign in again. The auto connect for the wifi didn't work during our stay when we back to the hotel. Sometimes when we tried to connect to the wifi it was not connecting because it shows that it exceeded the bandwidth limit. It was my first time experiencing it in my travel life. I booked your hotel GMC car for going Makkah, rent was SAR 1500. Receiption personnel Mr. Hakim told me car will be brand new hotel owned GMC 2026 model, but we are going with rented GMC car, 2023 model. Other than that everything was ok specially house keeping and restaurant stuff services were so good and very cooperative. Restaurant food was amazing. After reading the reviews i booked the venue Alharathiyyah and it was a good choice very close to haram excellent staff who always asked if you want anything they called everyday asking how you feeling.
