Pros:

Our stay at The Venue Al Harithia was really amazing with great hospitality and the entire team took good care of us. We stayed here for 3 nights and all our requests were met with zero waiting time. They welcome the pilgrims with fresh juices and towels after the prayers and that really set the bar high compared to other hotels. Special thanks to the housekeeping team including Alef, Hamim and their supervisor Mr. Haris along with the Guest Relations team members Fatima, Lujain and Reem.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Clean tidy rooms. Fast lifts. Close to the mosque - about 1 to 2 minutes.
We were very well looked after by Lujain and Fatima who checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Their responses were quick.
The buffet breakfast was very good with an egg station to have my favourites cooked.
We will look to stay here again on our next visit.

سياسة الفندق للأسف صارمة ومافيها مرونة ولا استثناءات حيث حجزنا بالخطأ في تاريخ قبل اليوم الذي سنذهب فيه للمدينة حاولنا معهم مرات عديدة بتعديل الحجز للحجز لليوم الثاني للأسف رفضو وراح علينا مبلغ وقدره كنا حاجزين غرفتين ولكن كل المحاولات معهم لم تأتي بنتيجة ، وهذ مما جعلنا نستبعد الفندق من قائمة اختياراتنا إذا رجعنا للمدينة إن شاء الله رغم المميزات الحلوة اللي فيه لكن للأسف مافي تعاون من إدارة الحجز

Pros:

Excellent location just behind Taiba Front and a few steps from Gate 329, making it convenient for both men's and ladies' entrances. You can leave after the adhan and still comfortably make it for prayer, unlike hotels on the other sides where you've to walk behind imam's line. Among the hotels in this area, The Venue would be my first choice.

The complimentary drinks offered after prayers are a thoughtful touch. Breakfast has a wide variety of quality options, and the gym is a nice bonus.

Special thanks to Ahmed Gamal and the housekeeping team, Robel and Saddam, who genuinely care about guest comfort and constantly check if everything is okay. Also, a big thank you to the Business Centre Manager, she made me feel at home from the moment I checked in. The hospitality here feels sincere, not scripted. Thanks for the memorable stay. Cons:

Honestly, nothing significant. If you're used to ultra-luxury international brands like Address or Raffles, you may find some of the furnishings, room finishes, and toiletries a little dated. That said, everything was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly functional.

For a trip to Madinah, location and service matter far more than having the latest decor. Given the hotel's proximity to the Haram and the exceptional guest experience, these minor points hardly matter and certainly wouldn't stop me from staying here again.
