Hotel vetuste pas d'entretien. Télé hors d'usage robinetterie défectueuses etc.
The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a quiet atmosphere at night. The swimming pool area was lovely and relaxing. While the staff did not seem very outwardly welcoming, their discretion helped enhance our privacy during the stay. Merida has a lot to offer and our stay was really enjoyable.
Merida has multiple bus terminals, and since we did not expect this hotel to be far from them, the location was not ideal for us on the arrival having a long walk ahead. Overall, it was a less convenient choice in terms of travel connectivity. We used a taxi to the airport when we left although there was a bus option nearby.

Great for an overnight stay. Everything very clean. The sheets were spotlessly clean. Great wifi, great water pressure and hot water. I would have given the place a 10 as it also has a lovely swimming pool but for a few cosmetic details. It's fantastic if you're going to catch an ADO bus as it's one block away and is walking distance to the main square about 10-15 minutes.
The reception staff are not very friendly or welcoming, the room was a bit run down and could have done with a new coat of paint and the area is not the best.

Alcune stanze hanno la finestra che dà’ all’interno, fatevi dare delle stanze che abbiamo la finestra verso l’esterno.
