La posizione dell'hotel è stata scelta perché ci serviva un posto vicino alla stazione degli autobus, se non si ha questa necessità ci sono zone più strategiche. La piscina è bella.e grande, molto utile dopo una giornata ad Uxmal o dopo aver girato la città. Personale gentile.

Malisima opcion de hospedaje
Al entregarnos la habitación el tipo que ejerce como botones nos guió a la habitación por las escalares ya que no servía el elevador, llegamos y se retiro, al querer usar el baño levante la tapa con confianza ya que tenía el letrero de sanitizado y al alzarlo vi el wc manchado de desechos orgánicos, el botones de manera grosera nos dijo mentirosos, cuando la verdad era que el baño lo habíamos recibido asi de sucio. Al final no nos quedamos en el hotel por la desagradable .

Hola, buen día.
Solicito su apoyo para gestionar el reembolso de mi reservación, ya que al llegar al hotel me informaron que la alberca no estaba en funcionamiento. Uno de los motivos principales por los que elegí este alojamiento fue precisamente el uso de sus instalaciones, especialmente la alberca.
Debido a esta situación decidí no hospedarme en el hotel, ya que el servicio ofrecido no correspondía a lo anunciado al momento de realizar la reserva.
Agradecería mucho su apoyo para revisar mi caso y proceder con el reembolso correspondiente.

La atencion de su personal de limpieza es una agradable persona
