El personal era poco profesional, preguntas por opciones y solo te comentan que yo lo resuelva.

Desde que llegue al hotel el recepcionista me trato pésimo,

Llegue al hotel y le pregunte por mi habitación, comentando que ya algunos familiares ya habían llegado, la respuesta del recepcionista fue la siguiente [entonces si ya llego marqueles y que le enseñenen el camino], esperaba por lo menos la bienvenida al hotel y que el nos indicara donde queda la habitación 206, cuando se le pregunto nos dijo que le preguntaranos a nuestros familiares que ellos bien nos podían enseñar. El servicio es pésimo, entiendo que el esta cionamientk es limitado, sin embargo por no conocer preguntamos opciones de estacionamiento y la contestación fue que en otro hotel si hay espacios, casi me dijeron que si ko me gustaba me fuera, aló que conteste que eso pensaba hacer y como apenas llevaba menos 2 horas en el hotel me regresara mi dinero, y me dijo que no ya que ese no era su jurisdicción, le marcaron a la representante a lo cual no les contesto nunca.

La habitación, o dios la habitación llegando el minibar estaba super sucio había como vomito en el minibar olía horrible, lo deje pasar pero ya acumulación. De varios factores la verdad si opte por irme, aunque ellos no quisieron hacerse responsable, no me quedo mas que quedarme.

En si no vuelvo a quedarme en este hotel aunque me pagaran.
