Quality Inn & Suites West Helena

We travel a lot, and try to get the best for the price. Quality Inn in West Helena did not meet our expectations. We had to move rooms because the light in the bathroom did not work. The pool was unsightly and out of order during the summer. The gym was out of order. There was no hot food option besides a waffle machine.

Clean Room, and the staff was pleasant. When looking for hotel it did say Full Breakfast instead of Continental Breakfast, but it wasn't a full breakfast as I call it.

The room was clean and the renovation was nice, but we didn't have a remote for the tv and the phone didn't work. This was reported to the front desk after checking in, and again to housekeeping. Both said they'd get it taken care of,but nothingwas done. Luckily I didn't want to swim, because the pool still needs repairing. Not as advertised. Price wasn't bad for a weekend stay, but make sure everything works on a room (103), before handing the keys to someone.

Quality Inn Suites West Memphis AR) is lacking in multiple areas. The rating online for this hotel is obviously false when you check in. I picked this hotel based primarily on the location and the swimming pool. The pool hasnt been maintained in....a very long time. Our room had 2 beds- both had random pieces of dirt in the sheets. The plumbing definitely needs an upgrade. The sink had hair in it (not any of our party). But, the best part is when the front desk person gave someone?? a key card to our room in which they tried to enter at about 558 am- unsuccessfully.I grabbed the room phone to call the front desk and it was Dead. No Dial Tone. No Service. I had to call the hotels.com representative to get a direct line to the front desk. Front desk person answers- I explain what happened and I believe she was sincere when she said"Oh

I’ve stayed there before and everything was awsome but yesterday when I arrived the customer service was terrible no smiling didn’t greet me she act like she was ready to go all around rude but overall my stay was amazing as always

Television didn't work. Called front desk and was told I could move rooms. My husband was at meeting and I couldn't move by myself. Half roll of bathroom paper in bathroom. Ran out and had to use kleenex. Room was dirty. Someone (not local) needs to do popups and check room. 6 hour drive and stay was unsatisfactory.

The room air conditioner didn't work.

When I checked in and went to room it had not been cleaned. BEd had been slept in, dirty towels in bathroom floor and counter. Water bottles around room. Smelled like cigarettes. I went back to desk and asked for another room and canceled my next nights stay

Limited food options no comforters on bed just sheets and one blanket really. breakfast was supposed to be provided but not available staff was great but that doesn't help my stomach

City water problems caused low water pressure and no hot water for showers. First room at checkin didn’t have a working shower.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room reaked with cigarette smoke, carpet was filthy, the furniture was old and worn and needed replacing.I never stay there again

Place had bed bugs we woke up and had bites all over us.

Close to venue

The only issue was the AC unit wasn't working properly. Had to keep thermostat set at 60 for continuous comfort. This place could use some upgrades.
