SIlêncio para dormir.
Estacionamento gratuito no mesmo local da acomodação, isso foi muito bom.

Cons:

Frigobar antigo e congelando.
Box do banheiro alagando.
Colchão da cama já bem cansado.
Minha esposa achou o atendimento um pouco rude com ela.

O hotel é bem localizado, mas funciona como motel rápido em vários momentos.
Pros:

O hotel fica ao lado de um motel de quinta categoria, o corredor do hotel fede a cigarro. Queriam me colocar num quarto onde o teto do banheiro estava caindo o forro, o outro quarto tinham quebrado cerveja dentro, tinha caco de vidro pra todo lado. Tinha barata morta no corredor. Horrível.

Cons:

Não gostei de nada.

Achei boa e condizente com o valor que paguei.
Pros:

O hotel é bom para quem não busca luxo. É confortável, porém simples. Peca um pouco na questão de limpeza. Embora o quarto parecesse limpo, quando abri o box do banheiro voou na minha cara uma barata morta, que desfez no chão. O jardim contribui para que tenham formigas e insetos, mas não chegou a incomodar. O café da manhã é justo pelo preço que pagamos. As atendentes são bem educadas e o hotel é silencioso. Bem próximo tem um supermercado DB, dá pra ir a pé.

Cons:

Não gostei muito da limpeza. Precisa melhorar nesse ponto.

Cons:

Muito vazamento no telhado, peguei uma chuva, molhou todo o corredor, além disso a janela dava acesso a todos me verem no quarto, a única forma de proteção era uma cortina.
