Staff was friendly and available.

Cons:

Not so attractive as we arrived late at night and the surroundings are kind of scary. When we discovered the city, we realised that the hotel is not so bad but windows were not closing, bedsheets and towels have stains and bathroom was not so clean and kind of old. But location was very convenient close to the theatre.

Fabulous location , good room size & great breakfast , best English speaking staff we came across in Brazil.

Had 2 stays & first bedroom was very dark with no outside window & bathroom very awkward to access.

A única coisa que valeu a pena foi a localização, que é excelente, próxima ao Largo de São Sebastião

Instalações precárias… elevador com cheiro forte de mofo, cama desconfortável (acordei com dor no pescoço), não há isolamento acústico no quarto… entra bastante barulho da rua, o banheiro tinha vazamento próximo ao vaso sanitário. O café da manhã decepcionou… pedimos itens do chapeiro e, além da demora, vieram errados, faltando itens do pedido e os que vieram, foram mal feitos. Fomos atendidos com muita má vontade pela equipe do café da manhã

Realmente a cama é bem confortável porém deixou algumas coisas a desejar. Funcionários super simpáticos e prestativos.

Cons:

Achei lençol sujo de sangue, o banheiro realmente muito pequeno e como fomos bem no dia dos namorados o elevador dava direto para o acesso do evento que eles estavam fazendo. Realmente não é tudo o que vendem no Instagram e não tinha serviço de quarto apenas o número da recepção que não atendeu totalmente as nossas necessidades

Excelente, highly recommended
Pros:

We were at Seringal hotel for only one night but the attention were so incredible!
We got there at 2am and the staff were at the door waiting for us. Before hand their email me and told security details at the airport and how to get there. In other words they were above and beyond for us on our stay!
