Pros:

A atenção, gentileza e cordialidade dos funcionários, que inclusive guardaram nossas malas enquanto estávamos ausentes; o quarto espaçoso, cama confortável; localização excelente, muito perto do Teatro Amazonas e restaurantes recomendados; o café é farto, caprichado, além de ter o famoso x-caboquinho e sucos de frutas da região!

Sentimos falta de mais frutas regionais.

Pros:

Hotel encantador. Rolou meu coração desde a primeira vez que visitei. Hoje sou cliente habitual. Funcionários super educados, atenciosos, café de manhã especial. Localização ótima muitooooo perto do teatro, um custo benefício muito bom. Adoro visitar Manaus e ficar no Hotel Seringal. Nota 1000.

O único ponto positivo é a localização. O staff também foi solícito a todo momento.

Cons:

O hotel é bem antigo, carece de reforma. O quarto tem cheiro de móveis velhos, que é um problema para quem tem alergia. O hotel utiliza o espaço da recepção/térreo para casamentos. Presenciamos 2 a 3 eventos por dia! Você precisa atravessar o evento para acessar o elevador. Aliás, qualquer pessoa no evento pode acessar os quartos. Na nossa opinião é uma grande exposição e risco de segurança aos hóspedes. O café da manhã é bem fraco, o diferencial pra muita gente é que tem muitas opções de salgadinhos de festa (coxinha, empada, bolinha de queijo, etc), o que deixa um cheiro constante e horrível de fritura no ar e você sai de lá com esse cheiro na roupa e no cabelo.

Ótima localizaçao. Moveis para apoiar malas. Quarto bem espaçoso. Localizaçao perfeita, exatamente em frente ao Teatro. Boa equipe de atendimento. Café da manhã com omeletes e tapiocas feitas na hora.

O café da manhã é super completo e para todos os gostos. Tem culinária regional e também muitos pães e bolos variados! É uma refeição que parece um brunch!

Cons:

Acho que em vez de dar acesso a inúmeros canais de TV, colocar amenidades no banheiro como ganchos, um kit de shampoo e condicionador seriam de maior utilidade
