Hotel ok para uma noite
Pros:

Localização excelente para ficar uma ou duas noites e conhecer o centro histórico. Café da manhã muito bom, tem vários sucos e tapiocas. Funcionários muito simpáticos.

Cons:

Ficamos no quarto sem janela, é péssimo. Uma dica é avisar o horário do check in, caso chegue de madrugada, pois o hotel fica trancado durante a noite.

期待していただけあってがっかりしてしまった。
Pros:

朝食はとても豪華だったし、レセプションや1階のレストラン部分はとても綺麗だった。

Cons:

シャワーの水圧が信じられないほど弱かった。シャンプーの泡を落とすのに10分ほどかかる。
入室した瞬間から床が汚かった。部屋の前の廊下の電気はつかず、暗い廊下を歩かなければならなかった。

Falta de cuidado com as manutenções básicas, o banheiro não parecia limpo. O barulho vindo da rua é bem ruim, mas uma manutenção simples nas janelas resolveria.

Great location, awesome breakfast, and so-so room. But who stays in the room when in Manaus, anyway?
Pros:

The breakfast was spectacular. This alone made the stay worthwhile.

Cons:

The one redeeming factor in the room was a comfortable bed. The room seemed unfinished, with a major remodel happening just outside the door. Very small bathroom, with no place to hang towels. No place to set the suitcases.

Very nice staff. Amazing location. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Very loud street. Windows are not soundproof so I had a very hard time falling asleep.
Shower was not the best - shower head not in good condition so water streams were inconsistent

Pros:

O Hotel é bem antigo mas atendeu nossa estadia de forma geral. O café da manhã tem bastante variedade, a localização é excelente, o quarto é grande e a cama confortável. As pessoas que nos atenderam foram simpáticas também. Voltaria a me hospedar.

Cons:

Durante nossa hospedagem acabou a água da rua e descobriram que as caixas d'água do hotel estavam vazias...Sai sem tomar banho em um dos dias e o problema perdurou até a noite. Exceto esse incidente foi tudo tranquilo. Acho que colocar um chuveiro com mais pressão seria uma melhoria excelente tbm.

O quarto é bem confortável, a TV é top. O ponto alto da hospedagem é o café da manhã, o lugar é agradável e com o buffet bem completo.

Cons:

Alguns pontos de melhoria para o hotel seriam: o chuveiro do banheiro sai pouca água e a temperatura é ou muito quente ou fria. Outro ponto seria a acústica do quarto, ouvimos os veículos da rua. Mas, no geral, gostei muito do quarto. Recomendo.

Very friendly staff and excellent location in the middle of old Manaus.
They have an excellent breakfast.

Cons:

It is an old building with occasional defects but this is not a problem and fully compensated by staff and location.
