Pros:

Ótimo Café da manhã, funcionários atenciosos, boa localização, dava pra fazer coisas a pé, Uber funcionava bem para chegar a outros pontos da cidade.

Cons:

Quarto sem janelas, não trocam as toalhas mas não tem nenhum lugar para pendura-las. Podia ter mais uma lixeira e um espelho fora do banheiro.
Wi-Fi não funciona bem no quarto.
Devem cuidar de alguns detalhes para esconder obras e fios aparecendo no corredor para o quarto, da uma impressão péssima de sujeira.

Wouldn't recommend
Pros:

Location is lovely. Close to Teatro Amazonas and lovely restaurants around.
Breakfast has good options though. It's very complete.

Cons:

The staff was not friendly at all when I arrived. Also, the bed was super uncomfortable and it feels like it needs a renovation, desperately.

Disappointing stay
Pros:

Close to walking area that is safe to walk around during the day.

Cons:

Rooms were not very clean. Bathroom had someone’s hair all over it. Room had no window to the outside and was just a window to the hallway. Room was very loud and you could hear everything above you or in the hallway.

Super recomendo!!
Pros:

Primeiramente, deixo meu elogio ao funcionário Daniel, que prontamente solucionou um pequeno incômodo no início da minha estadia.

No mais, a cama é extremamente confortável, quarto espaçoso, banheiro limpo. E a localização é perfeita para quem quer explorar o centro histórico de Manaus. Do meu quarto dava até pra ver o lindo teto do Teatro Amazonas.

O café da manhã também é super farto, e com opção de pedir tapioca/omelete feita na hora, escolhendo os recheios.

Recomendo!!

Cons:

Café tem muitas opções, mas não são realmente gostosas. Banheiro é muito pequeno a ponto de me espremer pra fechar a porta (e sou magra), alguém um pouco maior teria dificuldade para acessar o box porque pra isso precisa fechar a porta do banheiro com você dentro. Quarto entra 100% da luz então quem tem problema com isso também não dorme. Precisam fazer algumas melhorias nesses sentidos

Estilo do hotel preservado da época da Borracha e a localização

Cons:

Os quartos podem remter à época de funcionamento do ciclo da Borracha , mas reformas são necessárias. Banheiro com instalações velhas, papel.de parede saindo em muitos lugares . Pra quem tem alergias respiratórias é complicado
