Tranquillita ma a pochi passi dal centro.
Pros:

Ho avuto la stanza all ultimo piano con una bella terrazza vista palme e ,in parte, del mare , anche se la terrazza è praticabile di giorno da altri ospiti dell hotel. Stanza grande . Personale gentile ed efficente sia prima dell arrivo che durante la permanenza . Ottima posizione ai margini sud della White Beach quindi fuori dal caos e della confusione pur a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro.

Cons:

La camera è al terzo piano senza ascensore. Gli arredi e il bagno andrebbero rinnovati.

Stranded, extended for a day but it’s all worth it. Beautiful rainy experienced.
Pros:

The Staff was the highlight and the location. To everyone who helped, assists with big smile everyday thank you from my whole family. Very few names i remember Glen, Jiard, Douglas and Randy(maintenance) sorry there’s more but didnt get the name Maraming Salamat til next time.

Cons:

Need some upgrade and renovation, the location was beautiful. Keep the same people and take care of them they made it extra special.

We had a great stay and will not hesitate to book here again
Pros:

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They were very helpful when we had questions.

Our room had a great view of the beach. It was clean and the aircon was already on when we entered.

It was a bit of a walk to the shops, but still okay. It was away from the crowd and noise

I would never return to this place!

The location are one of the best!

Cons:

The rooms are full of damp and mold. It seems like they haven't renovated or cleaned anything in the last 20 years. The employees are nice but it's a shame for this hotel to show up like this and not understand how disrespectful it is to welcome people into such dangerous rooms. For a similar price I stayed at the hotel next door where the conditions were top notch! In conclusion, I would never return to this hotel!

Pros:

The place was infront of the beach and quiet. Stayed with friends and we enjoyed the morning swim in the area with the fishes! 😅🤗 the water was clean on this side of Boracay!

Amazing little Gem, perfect spot to relax and swim.
Pros:

Everything, the rooms the hotel and the staff, so lovely and friendly. Great location in Station 3 away from the hustle. Beach is so clean & quiet. Lots of eating spots close by and bars. Markets are a 15min walk.

Pros:

Beach front. ÀC is really good for humid days. Security at night is a real plus. Very close to the Police station.

Cons:

No breakfast. Complicated TV...no Netflix.
Booking was for 4 people but they only give 2 Sets of cups and free coffee.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

Cons:

This is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. I usually never write reviews, but I feel I have to for this place. We booked it for New Year’s Eve expecting a nice experience and a great evening, but the next day the condition of the room was so bad that we had to book a new hotel at the last minute on January 1st because we could not stay there any longer.
We were sleeping while ants were crawling on our bodies, and the smell was awful. Everything felt old and creepy. I paid for three nights but only stayed one. Avoid this place at all costs.

Durchwachsen 😕 wir würden bei einem erneuten Besuch eine andere Unterkunft buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist für die, die es etwas ruhiger mögen hervorragend. Direkt am Strand und sehr ruhig gelegen. Unser Zimmer war im 2. Stock und die Aussicht vom Balkon war wundervoll! Kostenlose Strandhandtücher sind in der Unterkunft verfügbar.

Neben der Unterkunft ist eine tolle Bar (Cocoloco Bar). Absolut zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer. Zudem war es extrem hellhörig. Unser Kühlschrank war auch sehr laut und brummte ständig. Diesen haben wir ab der 3. Nacht ausgestellt.

Wir haben das Personal häufig nach Tipps für Touren für das Ausleihen von Fahrrädern gefragt, aber dies besseren Deals findet man auf der Straße bei den Locals, wenn man etwas verhandeln kann und möchte.

Die Unterkunft war für 5 Nächte (rd. 360€) viel zu teuer. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt leider nicht.
