Everything about the hotel was excellent. The staff were all so friendly, the amenities were lovely (loved the breakfast and homemade pastries). We were able to park in the garage and we were so close to the downtown plaza by all the stores and market. The hotel itself was beautiful and full of curios that brought a lovely charm to it. I did not expect this much and was beyond satisfied with everything.

This elegant boutique is by far the nicest hotel we have stayed at in Mexico. The art work and personal collections are a lovely touch. The restaurant and cafe serve Parisian style breakfast and local cuisine. Our rooms were so comfortable and clean it was difficult to leave the room. Most importantly the staff exceeded expectations. They treat you as family and always provide the personal touch which is so rare and beautiful. Our thanks to the owner and staff for our special stay.

This place was amazing and the manager Tere Barajas was amazing. She went out of her way to accommodate us and when I had to work online, she provided a full office for me with TV monitor to connect for 2nd screen and frost class coffee or any other meal service while I worked. The sheets, towels, rooms, premises were first class. If you rent a car, they have a garage. I would come back again.

El hotel es precioso, las habitaciones, las instalaciones, la comida, el restaurant, todo es increible, pero aun así, lo mejor es el trato de su personal, de verdad que se desviven por atender al huesped, excelente servicio y atencion!

Everyone at this establishment is very kind and they go above and beyond to make the stay perfect. Their restaurant breakfast was delicious. Definitely looking to stay here again if ever in town.

The property is very pretty, we loved it

We booked a 2 night getaway in Tepatitlan at this amazing hotel. This is by far the BEST hotel we have stayed at in Mexico in terms of comfort, decor, detail and friendly customer service. We reserved the Maria Antoinette Master Suite and were stunned by the period furniture, rugs, drapes and other French decor. A Jacuzzi bath with a view (huge photo) looking out towards the Palace of Versailles is a focal point in the room. Definitely the room for a romantic getaway!

We parked our car in the private, secure, well lit, spacious underground garage and headed up to the well appointed reception with a large comfortable spiral seating area and a grand bar, which we did not use on this trip. We were graciously met by Tere who showed us to our room and later gave us a little tour.

From the reception desk, a leisurely walk up the open curving marble grand staircase leads to the breakfast (included) and dining area on the 3rd floor. An elevator is available to those not wanting to take in the grandeur of the landings on each floor all decorated with fresh flowers and French related art. A full breakfast is offered: coffee, fresh fruit juice, mixed fruit bowl, warm muffins followed by a choice of very generous helpings of traditional Mexican dishes. Indoor or outdoor dining on the terrace is available with views looking out towards the Centro.

Attention to detail is evident to every aspect of this Boutique Hotel in the heart of Tepatitlan. We intend to explore the Alhambra Master Suite on our next visit...

We had a great time in-our stay associates were very helpful and caring food was great. I can’t remember the lady at the front desk but I like to tell her thank you for taking care of my wifes new phone since my wife left it when we were checking out. She went the extra step to keep it for us thanks
