friendly service all the way

This was a GORGEOUS hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The area was very safe. I will definitely stay here again.

It was a nice hotel with nuce bfast the only issue is the access and reception on the 8th floor. Getting to the hotel is like going to underground secret building a bit strange the rest is fine

壁が薄く隣りの部屋のいびきがうるさくて眠れませんでした。いいホテルですが、電源の場所が不便だったり、お湯の調整が難しかったりと設備が微妙です。朝食は豊富ですが、寿司が腐っていて吐き出しました。

Stayed for 6 nights. Staff were very friendly and the location is very convenient being attached to the mall.

Ciputra World is always the best place to stay in Surabaya. It's been my go to place for several years. Too bad the connected shopping mall is not doing too well.

It is a great hotel and excellence service but wish the pool was heated.

Hot water was only warm. Starting to show its age

Overall good. Only first 2 nights the drainage pipes gave off foul smell. Breakfast spread are fantastic.

The arrival and parking arrangements were both unclear and inconvenient.

The room was good but the breakfast indifferent.

I would stay again but the hotel may not be my first choice.

Ini kali kedua saya menginap di Ciputra World Surabaya. Pengalaman pertama tahun lalu memuaskan. Karena itu kami menginap lagi saat ini ketika melewati kota Surabaya.

Anak saya usia 6 & 7thn.
Baru kali ini menginap hotel, anak usia 7th dikenakan biaya u/ breakfast. Dimana tidak tertera diregulasi pada saat booking hotel melalui online.
Staff tersebut juga sangat tidak sopan.

Berarti hotel ini tidak cocok untuk family. Tepatnya saya tidak akan menginap lagi atau memberi rekomendasi kepada teman atau keluarga.

We booked for two room with two twins bed in grand deluxe room type.
Have to wait for 15 minute even we check in at 17.30 which the room should be ready at 14.00. In 15 minute we only get the first room and have to wait another 20 minute for the second room. While other guest that come after us, received their room key faster than us.
Room facilities was good, but do not surprise if find the water in bath up little bit yellow. Bed was comfort and they provide free fruit and cake for apologized compliment. Infinity pool and jacuzzi was great, pool cleaning staff was nice.
Unfortunately, the restaurant for breakfast is not quite spacious, food range also standard. We disappointed to find out that vegetable in gado gado menu was smelly, and has rotten with sour taste. When we decide to inform it to them, there were no feedback.
With their five star title and price, hotels should be more careful about this. Make sure check in for guest is smooth, facilities in good condition, and food in restaurant also need to be improved also give nice feed back if there are any information or complaints from guest.
