They could not find my reservations at first. She made us wait 15 to 20 minutes while she checked her ledger. I showed her my receipt. There was one towel in the room air conditioning did not work. We need to use a fan

Pros:

I popped in for a short stay between flights. They have a shuttle for a reasonable fee. They show genuine concern for their guests, including me.
