La amabilidad de su personal y sobre todo la limpieza.
La comida está bien, aunque el hotel necesita una remodelación urgente, el primer día no funcionaba la puerta del baño, el segundo día no funcionó la televisión y el tercer día no tuvimos electricidad en la habitación.
Staff was amazing and kind. The shows were great, and an amazing way to close up the day.
The beach is quite private, so not much people or people selling things.
The food is great, and there is so much of it.
Housekeeping was kind of meh, everything else was amazing.
No reservaria mediante la agencia de viajes, ya que eramos tres personas en la habitación y las toallas del cuarto son insuficientes, no reponen las toallas para usar en el baño, deja botes de shampoo y enjuague pero no los rellenan, el jabón que dejaron solo sirvió para el primer día. Es mejor reservan directamente en el hotel.

The food and service are horrible.
The food is horrible. You guys don’t have variety of seafood at all. If you guys will ask me if I’ll go back again, I will never do that.
The room door lock didn't work. It took three days to replace and too many trips to the front desk.
The room was dirty, the floors with ground in dirt. The bath tub was disgusting.
THIS IS A TIRED HOTEL AND SERIOUSLY NEEDS REVITALIZING.

The view from the balcony. The food improved a lot as the seafood was included in the menu.
No AC in the bar, in the show area, and in the elevators and that made a very uncomfortable situation as the AC or fans in common areas specifically such in the show area would have been very helpful to enjoy the show and the dancing the elevators were always hot. Even for the dancers as it is inhuman having people working u see that circumstances. Also the person taking care of the dinner reservations Mr A. Meza was very rude to all the people making a line to reserve tables. He didn’t have good customer service at all. I had to asked him to smile at least a little. I understand that there is a controlled number of people to the rests but if there were 26 people already registered and we were 4 more adults he didn’t want to give us a space for the 8pm reservation. And the restarts t was not even half way full from 8 to 9:30. Not sure why he was rude to all the guests.
