Lobby was exceptional

No one working front desk upon check in.
Employee complained about employee who should have been at front desk desk.
Employee who checked me in did not know what he was doing.

2. Why do couples need to eat breakfast at the same time? My husband ate early while I dressed and I had to pay for my meal even though I already paid for room breakfast included.
