Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Van was quite disappointing.

The minibar in our room was completely empty, and when we asked for it to be stocked, we were told that they do not refill the minibars in any of the rooms. The response time to guest requests was also extremely slow, and almost every request required repeated follow-ups to get any action.

On top of that, the air conditioning system did not work properly, which made our stay even less comfortable.

Overall, the hotel falls far short of what you would expect from a 5-star property. The service and facilities did not meet the standards we anticipated from a Hilton hotel.
