Très belle hotel

Cons:

Les enfants en dessous de 12 ans sont compté dans le lit double (pas de lit d'appoint)
Demande de changement de chambre alors que la veille on nous avait dit qu'il n'y aurait pas de changement.

Incompréhension de nos questions 2 réservations pour prolonger d une nuit , demande de ne pas changer de chambre on nous dit oui et finalement on a du changer pas grave on aurait juste voulut le savoir d avance cela ne change pas notre avis bel hôtel on reviendra sûrement

Super bel hôtel un peu éloigné de l'ultra centre.
Pros:

Tres bel hôtel, deux espaces de restauration, beaucoup de services disponibles. Et personnel de ménage adorable et tres compétent.

Cons:

Veuillez allumé la climatisation dans la salle de sport des le matin pour que quand les clients arrivent il fasse déjà frais. Un peu loin du centre ville.

Schönes Zimmer, einfacher Pool.
Pros:

Sehr sauberes und schönes großes Zimmer. Bett war sehr groß und bequem. Dusche geräumig und Toilette war separat. Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Der Poolbereich ist etwas heruntergekommen.
Trotzdem sauber. Das Frühstück war ok, mehr nicht.

Sehr freundliches Personal, viele kleine Annehmlichkeiten. Sehr weiche Betten, Whirpool, große Smart TV, schöne Aussicht, kostenfreier Parkplatz, Massage im Haus

Cons:

AC sehr laut im Zimmer, teilweise könnte das Interior mal aufgefrischt werden (neue Holzlasur oder Farbe an die wände). Mehr gab es nicht zu bemängeln.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und die Betten sind mega bequem.

Cons:

Das Personal ist ultra unmotiviert und unfreundlich, was in Thailand wirklich eine Seltenheit ist. Ausgenommen die Dame, die für die Bar und den Spabereich verantwortlich ist. Das Hotel ist unwahrscheinlich schlecht gelegen, direkt an einer ultra lauten Hauptstraße und es gibt wirklich keine relevanten Geschäfte oder Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir hatten zum Glück Roller und waren nicht auf den Hotel Shuttle angewiesen, der mit einer langen Liste an Auflagen uns beim Check in Angeboten wurde.

Ich würde da Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.

Pros:

I liked that it was out of the HuaHin city so was peaceful chilling on the balcony or the top floor pool and bar area. The staff were fun and polite.
Also it was a great location from which to explore the surrounding areas as we rented transport.

Cons:

The main overhead shower nozzle was in need of replacing
