Pros:

Un accueil irréprochable et attentionné comme l'attention apportée à l'appartement, une superbe vue sur le Cervin, un très bon confort. Bravo à notre hôte, c'était un séjour parfait.

Cons:

Juste une suggestion : ajouter un grille pain ou trouver une petite place pour un mini four.

Very pleasant.
Pros:

Richard is a very pleasant person, always smiling and ready to help. He explained us how the city (Zermatt) was working, the different attractions etc. He was not often at ther desk, but told us that if we needed help, he was available at a specific phone number. The place was very clean, well maintained and everything was there for a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much. I would recommend the place if you want to stay in Zermatt.

Richard is an excellent host and a true professional! Our room was spotlessly clean and very well organized. It offers great amenities for a family with young children. Richard was also very willing to help us with anything we needed!
