Ein schönes und ruhiges Appartement in top Lage, jedoch könnte die Ausstattung gepflegter und komfortabler sein.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, ruhig, Hinterhof, gute Bus und U Bahnanbindung, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Betten waren viel zu hart, Duschtür fehlte, Abschlussleiste Küche fehlte, Toilette hatte Ablagerungen, Reservierter Parkplatz war belegt

Cons:

Der manglede parkering - omend jeg havde betalt for en parkeringsplads. Det var kun 4 sengepladser og 4 dyner, 4 stole etc. omend den var booket til 5 personer. Lejligheden har renoveret, men slidt. Gardin faldt ned i soveværelse. Det værste var dog, at udlejer ikke gjorde noget som helst for at løse vores problemer! De sendte udelukkende AI genererede beskeder retur - ingen handling. Absolut intet! Har aldrig oplevet noget lignende. Har bedt om nedslag i pris. Intet hørt.

Pros:

Top Lage, Probleme und Fragen wurden fast sofort am Telefon gelöst.
Parken an der Unterkunft, selbst mit einem Bus (L1H1) möglich.

Cons:

Etwas gesichtslos. Kein Personal, alles online, muss man mögen. Der Boden war etwas beschädigt, das Bad war unprofessionell saniert worden mit baulichen Fehlern. Dennoch absolut ok.

Gute Lage, nett eingerichtet, Check-in/-out unproblematisch. Wir haben gut in den Betten geschlafen. Es war sehr ruhig im Haus und auch in der Umgebung.

Cons:

Es waren 2 Zimmer angegeben. Es gab aber keine Tür zur Trennung. Das hat unserer Tochter nicht ganz so gut gefallen, war aber o.K.

Fint men klar plads til forbedringer.
Pros:

Lejligheden var trukket tilbage fra vejen så der var ingen støj fra biler.
Rimelig nemt at gå fra lejligheden ind til seværdigheder

Cons:

Der var desværre flere ting, som jeg synes kunne være bedre.
1) der manglede den babyseng som vi havde bestilt med i bookingen. Den kom først på dag 2.
2) der er kun 1 gryde i køkkenet, så når man vil lave en ret med to gryder, så er man udfordret.
3) sengene (sovesofaerne) er stenhårde. Især den der står i køkken/stue rummet.

Der var så meget valuta for pengene - billigt men rent og pænt.
Korrespondance med stedet var let og de svarede hurtigt - og online tjek-in fungerende perfekt.

Pros:

Estancia muy agradable, aunque las camas añadidas no muy cómodas

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema porque cerramos mal la puerta y nos quedamos fuera durante unas horas. Tardaron bastante en responder, aunque había sido error nuestro, no reaccionaron muy bien y no se entendían muy bien con el inglés. Faltó una buena comunicación con su servicio de atención al cliente.

There was a bad smell of smoking in the apt it looked nothing like the pictures I asked for a baby crib and did didn’t get one . The wifi amd tv didn’t work

Pros:

The accommodation is excellently positioned for visiting all important contents in Berlin. It has everything you need for a longer stay. It meant to us that it is extremely quiet because it is set back from the street. The staff is extremely helpful.

Cons:

They do not have the option of leaving luggage after check out

Linkes Schlafzimmer hat in der linken unteren Ecke scheinbar einen noch nicht behandelten Wasserschaden
Parkgebühr mit 50€ für 2 Tage im Innenhof zu teuer
Im Parkhaus Johannisstift (3 min) nur knapp 25€

Terrible. Stay away from this company.
Pros:

Quiet in back court, nice and modern interior concept, spacious, charming at first glance.

Cons:

Terrible lack of care and maintenance. Curtain rail in bedroom was broken, no curtains hung. Meaning no good sleep as not dark and no privacy in bedroom. Was NOT fixed for the whole stay of 4 days. No reception desk. Online customer service was quick and polite, but it was all empty promises and appeasing in the end. They knew they couldn’t fix it and tried to talk around it.
Moreover, fungi on shower silicone, chipped of lamination of furniture everywhere.
Every step from tenants above was like it happened at one’s ear.

Pros:

Spacious apartment. Good shower.

Cons:

I booked this apartment because of the opportunity for bike rental which they showed clearly in their advertisement. But they don’t rent bikes so the advertisement was misleading. I complained about it but they didn’t do anything in my direction.

The views from the apartment were not attractive.

El peor sitio

No me gustó nada, desde el principio lioso y tuvimos muchos problemas.

Cons:

Llegamos un sábado y habíamos reservado un apartamento con dos estancias para 3 personas. Nos encontramos en un estudio, con cosas rotas y sin la cama extra, no cabíamos. Tardaron muchísimo en atendernos, perdimos un día entero del viaje esperando una solución. Acabamos reservando otro hotel a última hora a cargo de Booking porque la solución de estos inútiles fue llevarnos a un apartamento fuera de sus instalaciones (de Booking también) de mucha menos calidad. Un sitio sucio, oscuro, bajo tierra y con ratas y basura en la puerta. Para entrar a ese segundo alojamiento ni siquiera nos dieron la información del check in ni la dirección exacta. Tuvimos que tirar de ellos porque respondían una vez cada dos horas. Honestamente fueron unos incompetentes y desde Booking también tardaron muchísimo en ayudarnos. Ha sido la peor experiencia que hemos tenido en un alojamiento. Y puede que no vuelva a usar más Booking teniendo en cuenta como se portaron.
