Check in, en principe autonome mais nécessitant un appel, wifi inexistant et propreté douteuse.

Absence de personnel sur place - l'interlocuteur répondait promptement et clairement aux messages (merci encore), mais j'ai une préférence pour les interactions directes

We didn't get the entry code at the promised time and had to spend the next hour trying to contact someone to send us the code. It was very hot in Berlin at the time of our stay and the apartment was unbearable. The apartment was under the roof with large windows and no air conditioning.

Aerul conditionat lipseste, dar nu doar din acel apartament, ci din tot Berlinul. Nu am crezut ca mai exista asa ceva in tarile civilizate.

Hot and a bit weird to look at a garbage company out the back window but didn’t smell ä!

Value for money was ok

No internet connection, it had but it did not work, I reported it but it was never fixed. Also we where 3 people, and there was beddings for two only, so we had to take some of the sheets to improvise a sleeping bed on the sofa.

There was strange sound from the radiators in the bedroom which made it challenging sleep.

Il manquait une bouilloire électrique, c'est pratique.
Deux rideaux protégeant de la chaleur n'avaient pas été réparés.
Ils étaient dans l'armoire.
Avec la chaleur, nous aurions apprécié de pouvoir les tirer.

Der Service ist katastrophal, es gibt keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort und telefonisch kannst du niemanden erreichen. Wir haben ein Apartment für zwei Nächte gebucht. Am Tag der Einreise wurde ich mehrmals angerufen, es gebe Probleme bei der Buchung. Könnten wir nicht eine Nacht in einem Apartment schlafen und die zweite Nacht in ein anderes umziehen. Wir haben uns drauf eingelassen. Der zweite Apartment sollte gehen 11 Uhr für uns fertig stehen, als wir drin waren, war der Albtraum. Da lagen dreckige Handtücher, Betten waren benutzt und überall lagen leere Flaschen, dreckige Gläser und Müll. Die Mitarbeiter am Telefon meinte es kommt gleich jemand zum sauber machen, bis 16 Uhr ist kein Mensch aufgetaucht und telefonisch konnte man niemanden mehr erreichen. Wir müssten uns ein anderes Hotel suchen und unser Tag war verloren. Wir buchen sehr oft über booking aber so was habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Eno uro sem čakal pred nastanitvijo, da se mi je kdo sploh javil, da bi dobil kodo za dostop do apartmaja. Zahtevali so 250€ kavcije, ko sem stopil v apartma je bilo v notranjosti 30 stopinj, ker sploh nimajo klime. Ne priporočam!

Lacked safety / security. On night one of the stay 2 other guests were given access to our room and came in around midnight. After this I phoned reception and they explained there had been a double booking on our room (which we checked into at 3pm), they gave the other guests the code for our room. The lady on the phone was very apologetic, but this doesn’t excuse the serve mistake made. The other guests were just confused as us but were luckily nice and left almost immediately, it could have been a different situation.

However, the staff didn’t provide enough sleeping space accommodations and beds had to be shared. Worse yet, they gave robotic AI responses to important questions about the airport shuttle service. It took several repeated message requests to get a response over a week’s time and by then, it was too late to use the service. Finally, at check in, they gave us the code for the wrong apartment and it took an expensive phone call to sort the problem out.
