Pros:

L'appartamento è in buona posizione rispetto al centro ed ai mezzi pubblici.

Cons:

L'appartamento è bello ma trascuratissimo. Molti arredi sono rotti o macchiati anche le tende erano per metà cadute. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Non lo consiglio.

Pros:

La ubicación, la comodidad de las camas, estaba muy bien equipado. Super luminoso. Nos cambiaron las toallas al segundo día. Muy bueno!

Cons:

Las cortinas no cerraban bien y entraba mucha luz. Había mucho ruido temprano por la mañana de la estación de basura de al lado.

Pene og komfortable leiligheter med perfekt beliggenhet i Berlin. Leilighetene er godt utstyrt og har gode senger. De ligger sentralt i Berlin, men i en rolig bakgård så det er lite støy til leiligheten. Det finnes parkeringsplasser rett utenfor leiligheten som kan leies om man ønsker. Det er ikke personal på adressen. Men de svarer raskt på meldinger og er veldig høflige og imøtekommende. Vi fikk god og rask hjelp når vi trengte det. Innsjekking og koder fungerte uten problemer. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Rude housekeeping staff entered the room before check-out time & without knocking. We were not provided with the room or the number of beds we had paid for, and the issue remained unresolved throughout our entire three-day stay.

Pros:

Gostamos da hospedagem, muito bem localizada, próxima a rede de transporte (metrô e ônibus), região servida de bons supermercados e restaurantes, pronto e eficiente atendimento da equipe por telefone, quarto bem confortável e bem dimensionado

Cons:

Talvez poderiam disponibilizar microondas (tem forno elétrico) e maquina de lavar, e oferecer acesso a canais de streamings

Gardinen/ Verdunklungsmöglichkeit nur an einem von 3 Fenstern.

Wir kamen nachts in den 2 . Hinterhof zu unserem Studio und dort war es unbeleuchtet.
Lampe an der Eingangstür und/ oder im Hof wäre gut

Duschvorhang

Mikrowelle oder Wasserkocher wäre noch praktisch

Pros:

Апартаменты может не на 5, но на 4 звезды точно. Уютно, красиво, ничего лишнего, чисто, удобно. Рядом метро, чуть дальше поезд - 15...20 минут и в самом центре. Много разных магазинов рядом как продуктовых, так и товаров на любой вкус. Район спокойный, ночью движ как и днем, но в апартаментах тихо)).

Cons:

Качество и скорость Wifi оставляет желать лучшего, а так же отсутствие хорошего телевидения портит хорошую картину. Я гость из Эстонии, где интернет развит на 100%, был неприятно удивлен - в таких красивых апартаментах - нет нормального wifi и висят старые телевизоры без интернета. Я попал как раз на время ЧМ по футболу и смотрел матчи, через свой планшет с помощью роуминг интернета....Больше минусов не нашел...

Pros:

Fin lägenhet men utan AC, vilket var påtagligt i ett varmt sommarväder.

Cons:

Vårt boende hade bara fönster ut mot en innergård där det förvarades mängder av sopor även från avgränsande fastigheter vilket medförde en stark odör av sopor. Detta var extra dåligt då boendet saknade AC.

Pros:

- Good location close to the metro
- Nice-looking apartment

Cons:

- Check-in process took 1,5 hours (first, we didn't receive any code, then the code led to the wrong, uncleaned room with too few beds before we got to the right room)
- It was hard to reach anyone immediately (only through messages)
- We had no hot or even warm water the whole stay (would only fix after we left)
- The apartment is incredibly noisy, you hear every door in the building + the people working outside

To be fair, we did get a partial refund after some discussion because of the check-in process and the issue with the water.
