A massive turd in the main toilet. A door handle falling off in my hand. The cleaners entering the room before check out time that I paid extra for. These commercial places don't care about people - it's about coin. .

Ce que nous n avons pas aimé c'est le bruit dans l immeuble durant les 5 nuits constamment.
Pas le bruit de la rue car bonne isolation extérieure mais aucune isolation intérieure.
Nous avons fortement été génés par les voix des autres occupants qui résonnaient de leurs appartements, les fumées de cigarettes , le bruit des chaises trainées au sol toutes les nuits durant. Impossible de se reposer

Woken up by house keeping coming into the room on our check-out day. Check out was at 10am and house keeping entered the room at 8am while we were sleeping

Die Apartment-Ausstattung ist alt. Leider war das grosse Fenster im Wohnzimmer nur mit einem Vorhang ausgestattet, der zweite lag zusammengefaltet im Schrank. Die Stühle haben etliche Flecken vorgewiesen. Empfehlung: Für das Ausziehsofa im Wohnzimmer ebenfalls ein passender Topper zur Verfügung stellen - ansonsten sehr unbequem. Ebenfalls schade ist, dass es keinerlei Möglichkeiten gibt, Gepäck zu deponieren, dies würde ich als Zusatzinfo in der ersten Message mitteilen und wo nahegelegene Schliessfächer zur Verfügung stehen. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft nicht schlecht aber ich würde sie vielleicht nicht ein zweites Mal buchen.

Der Schimmel im Schlafzimmer

Although one staff member was very helpful during check-in and changed my assigned apartment to one with lift accessibility, the overall service was very poor. The emergency contact number in the room is incorrect, making it difficult to reach anyone if assistance is needed. The apartments appear overused, and the entrance and corridors were filthy. The bedroom curtain was damaged and was not fixed during my stay despite being reported.
A real pity, as the apartments could be excellent if they were properly maintained and supported by acceptable service.

We booked for 5 people but when we arrived they gave us a super small apartment with just one double bed and with dirt inside. There was no one at the reception even if there was written the reception hours were from 9am till 5pm (not even the next couple of days) so there was no one we could talk to physically. We had to call the facility emergency number and they moved us to another apartment assuring us it was for 5 ppl but when we arrived it was again a small apt with one double bed and one sofa that was NOT a sofa bed because it could not open. We had to call again the facility and Booking.com as well. We spent more than 2 hours waiting for a response and a solution and it was so stressing. We called the facility 4 times before someone could help us and Booking.com couldn’t do anything because the facility was in no way reachable. Only in the end they gave us a huge apt.
The last day we had the check out at 10 am. We were sleeping that morning and at 8:50am the cleaning lady came in without respect saying that we had to leave the apt in an hour..we knew it!

The noise from the kids partying in the other rooms was just horrible. They were partying until 2 am. For three nights in a row.
The room was too small for five people.

Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Apartament ma wiele zakamarków i nie wszystko było czyste. W apartamencie brak worków na śmieci, czy nawet miotły - nie mieliśmy jak pozamiatać.

Leider War die Unterkunft sehr dreckig überall Staub. Die Sessel waren sehr versifft. Überall Flecken und Dreck. Der Verdunkelungsrollo war defekt. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten jede Nacht Ruhestörung und wurden dadurch geweckt. In der Kaffeemaschine waren noch Pods der Vormieter. Die Teller waren dreckig im Schrank. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart. Wir hatten alle Rückenschmerzen.
