No curtains on two of the big windows - no privacy

When we arrived we only had two apartments, we had booked three. We got the other one after a phone call. When we needed the extra key to get in, in one of the apartments, it was not there? All our things was in our rooms and we could not get in until the next morning. We had to sleep in a smaller apartment with not enough beds. In my world you take care of your guests and make sure they get access to their apartment. It was not our fault that the security key was not there. That to is a big problem, what if there was a child inside or there was a fire?? Then no one could get in??!! It must be possible to get a person i charge to come to the apartments if needed. And not have to wait for the cleaning lady. She was a very nice person, by the way.

It looked like the apartment has been flooded recently, as stains on walls and roof suggested water has been running down them. Added to this part of the sitting room floor was lifting. I paid for a late checkout (€40 for 2 extra hours) and cleaners came early and told us we should have been out at 10am. There is also no where to put your luggage meaning early arrivals and late departures are problematic and you have to find somewhere else to store your luggage.

Broken missing and dirty things in the aprtment and no hope of fixing issue with a chat bot that just ragebaits you all the time, only when we called them on problem was fixed and that was only after 4 days of our 6 day stay, very dissepointing
The aprtment itslef was BOILING! it was so hot that we needed to open all the windoes and door to tge hallway just to get a tiny bit of fresh wind. And when we tried to tell them that they, didnt do much at all to take care of the issue.
The bathroom smelled funky and so did the room, bed sheets were dirty as well as tge floor, beds were uncomftrbol and sqeuky and tge curtins were broken and not fixed.
Overall take this aprtment if you are looking for cheap travel and dont care about anything else

Geen aerco. Erg warm. Geen handdoeken wissel de wasbak liep slecht door. Na onze melding kwamen ze het niet maken. Er waren geen wijn glazen.

Es sind die kleinen Sachen die auffallen. Abplatzer an der Tür im Bad. Schimmel in den Fugen im Bad. Die untere Blende der Küchenzeile fehlt. Stuhlbezug hat Flecken. Für den Preis den Wir bezahlt haben passt das überhaupt nicht.

Etwas staubig und Fenster zum Innenhof mit ein wenig Lärm.

Was wel jammer dat een gedeelte van de vloer los is van de ondervloer waardoor ik mn voet stootte. Maar daar ik altijd pantoffels draag in hotels niet echt last vn gehad.

The apartment looks nice in pictures, but in the reality it looks like a nice apartment with the repairs made in the cheapest way.

ברוב הקיר יש מסילות לוילונות אבל ללא וילונות
זה גורם לחוסר פרטיות גם אנשים למטה וגם אנשים מהבניין ממול רואים כל מה שעושים בחדר

Sauberkeit war nicht optimal, Betten ungemütlich und haben geknarrt, TV funktioniert nicht

Leider war die Buchung bereits sehr schwierig, da wir mit sieben Personen angereist sind und das Appartement für bis zu acht Personen ausgeschrieben war, nach Buchung wurde dies leider dementiert aber stornieren war nicht möglich, sodass wir über vier Tage keine perfekte Lösung hatten...danach würde kommuniziert dass wir in die Suite umgebucht wurden, komisch nur dass wir anscheinend das selbe Appartement hatten, nur mit einem kleinen Schlafsofa im Eingangsbereich für die siebte Person, definitiv nicht optimal

Es war teilweise laut entweder die Nachbaren oder im innen Hof. Der Föhn war kaputt. Das Lavabo im Badezimmer ist komisch strukturiert. Als wir gekommen sind war die Wohnung nicht abgestaubt und es hatte viele Haare im Bett, das finde ich etwas eklig. Ausserdem ging der Tresor nicht.

Ich habe nur 2 Nächte für meine Mitarbeiter gebucht, und keine der Nächte hat geklappt. Einen Mitarbeiter musste ich zum Übernachten zu Freunden schicken weil ein Bett zu wenig war. Ein anderer musste auf dem Sofa ohne Decke und Kissen übernachten, ebenfalls weil ein Bett zu wenig war. Man hat mir einen Bonus versprochen, den ich bis heute nicht bekommen habe. Sehr schade, dass es so gelaufen ist.
