פקיד הקבלה קיבל קיבל אותנו בחמימות וסיפק לנו מידע שעזר לנו להנות מהשהיה בעיר.
הגענו עם רכב, ישנה חניה מסודרת בחניון המלון תמורת תשלום
החדר גדול מואר, נוף לכיכר, ממוזג, מקלחת מרווחת, מיטה נוחה ונעימה. ומאוד נקי.
ארוחת בוקר מצויינת.

Sehr gute Lage. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Cafés in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Saubere Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Sensationell gute Auswahl an Frühstücksbuffet. Zum Geburtstag wurde ich beim Frühstück mit einem kleinen Törtchen überrascht. Insgesamt war es ein sehr erfreulicher Besuch und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

we booked this fairly last minute and it was a great choice. We arrived early to drop a bag with them but the helpful receptionist checked and as our room was ready she checked us in early.

friendly and helpful front desk staff
good room, we upgraded to one with a view and it was worth it for the view over the piazza and roof all the way to the alps
good breakfast with a variety of warm food plus continental pastries, cheeses etc
the "lazy Sunday" late checkout and extended breakfast was perfect, we didn't need to stop anywhere for lunch
the courtyard cafe/restaurant and roof top terrace were both very nice
nothing really, there were no robes in our room but there were slippers so maybe this was an oversight.
