Reasonable compromise in the Financial District
Pros:

Free water refill, gym 24/7, safe and easy access area, breakfast choice not so restricted as I expected from the previous reviews

Cons:

The breakfast area is way too small for the number of guests, both on weekdays and on weekends. We had to either wait or seat at the counter, which is not great.
