Colazione non troppo varia, ma comunque buona e possibilità di avere acqua, the, caffè h24.
La stanza aveva tutto il necessario.

Cons:

La sala colazione è troppo piccola per il numero di ospiti dell’hotel.
La stanza aveva pochi spazi per le valigie e per i vestiti (in due ci siamo un po’ arrangiati).

Emplacement idéale proche métro , bookling bridge et world trade center. Chambre propre et confortable. Bon petit déjeuner varié. Personnel sympathique

Cons:

Bâtiment qui ne paie pas de mine. Chambre au 7eme étage qui donne sur un mur. Pas assez de place dans la salle petit déjeuner. Lobby minuscule

Very disappointing experience regarding billing and customer service handling. I do not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

First of all, the staff service was excellent, including housekeeping, front desk, and kitchen staff. Everyone was very kind and professional.

However, my experience with billing was terrible. I booked a King bed room for 2 people for 4 nights, from May 21, 2026 to May 25, 2026. Over the phone, I was told that the total would be only $897.58 and that I would pay it at checkout. I was also told that during check-in they would only charge me $20 temporarily, which would later be refunded at checkout when the final payment of $897.58 was processed.

This was completely false. At check-in, they charged me $977.58, which included the $897.58 plus an additional $80 ($20 per day). Then, on the day of checkout, they charged my card again without my permission. I never authorized them to store or reuse my card information. The card was only used to tap at the register during check-in for the $80 charge.

When I went to the front desk to ask about it, they told me the system was undergoing changes and asked me to wait until Wednesday, May 27, 2026, to email the company so they could refund my $160. Today is Wednesday, May 27, 2026, and I still have not received my money back.

Before going to the front desk, I also tried calling multiple times, but the calls kept disconnecting because of the same “system changes.”

Very disappointing experience regarding billing and customer service handling. I do not recommend this hotel.

Room was clean and workers we very pleasant and helpful.
Pros:

Was fun to be in this part of the city for a change. Quieter on the weekend.

Cons:

Room is tight. Dark. No room for a suitcase. Double window drapes with one large one on the outside of the window inset wasted valuable space and makes no sense. No lamp on the desk. TV was failing, amazingly slow when using the remote. Vending machine by fitness center not working.

Great place for a quick night in the city!
Pros:

We had an awesome stay - a few minutes from our concert venue, lots of stores/restaurants, beautiful, lively area - well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly and breakfast was fresh with plenty of options. Rooms are on the smaller size, but it didn't bother us for an overnight. Would definitely recommend!
