El personal es muy amable tanto las señoras de la sala de desayunos como en la recepción, en concreto Carlos fue muy agradable con nosotras. Nos hicieron un upgrade a habitación superior, por lo que pasamos 10 días fantásticos en ella. Camas cómodas, 3 almohadas por cama individual, gran ventanal. La zona tiene de todo cerca y a muy buen precio, restaurantes, Market, embarcaderos con terrazas para tomar un cóctel, en definitiva un acierto!!

Excelente hotel, que gran ubicación, en una zona tranquila, habian tiendas cerca para comprar, restaurantes, y el subway estaba a unas pocas cuadras, era muy facil llegar y moverse en la ciudad. El hotel, demasiado lindo, la habitación estuvo perfecta.
The complimentary breakfast is very nice and the staff is very kind
On arrival our booking was not in their system. we had to wait almost an hour for them to retrieve the booking via different methods when we got our room. Then there was an issue with the card reader and we could not get room keys until later that evening.
The room is extremely small the bed fills up the whole room. the shower is small and the sink is minuscule.

The location was perfect for what I was doing this weekend
We had an issue in the beginning where we could not get a key made for our room and had to have an escort in and out of the building each time and honestly, it was very inconveniencing. I did not leave the building as often as I would’ve liked because I did not wanna have to wait for an escort to go in and out each time so it overall bummed out the beginning of our trip and we should not have had to have that experience to be quite honest and did not expect that from a franchise such as yourself
A pesar de no estar en el centro fue muy cómodo para movernos a las paradas de metro, limpieza adecuada, habitación con cama cómoda aunque no muy grande, desayuno muy bueno aunque no varia de un día a otro. Personal muy agradable.

Lokalizacja i jak na USA całkiem smaczne śniadania.
Na stolikach przy łóżku zalegała gruba warstwą kurzu, której panie sprzątające nie ścierały. Śniadanie podawane na jednorazowych talerzach, plastikowe sztućce, w Europie to nie do pomyślenia. Generalnie w Europie za tą cenę otrzymalibyśmy wyższy standard.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per Manhattan. Avevo letto alcune critiche su ascensori e saletta colazione intasati ma non ho riscontrato alcun problema. Tutto è andato benissimo. La camera è un po' piccola ma a Manhattan è normale. Se tornerò a NY certamente lo sceglierò di nuovo
