Hotel para ir en familia, tranquilo y bien situado
Pros:

la ubicación es fantástica, la habitación amplia y el desayuno podría ser más variado pero para nuestra estancia fue correcto y el servicio del desayuno fantástico.

Cons:

no me gusta cambiar las toallas a diario ya que no creo que sea necesario,pero el clima de NY no permitía que secasen y tenían que cambiarlas todos los días.La poca empatía de los huéspedes y mala educación, pero eso no es culpa del hotel.

Breakfast is super crowded and less than average food.

Early check in was a bonus. Good location, close to subways

Cons:

Cleaning staff was really terrible. If you leave ANYTHING even a hairbrush on your bed- they leave a note saying sorry we couldn’t service room because personal items were on bed. Was seriously bad. Also had an unpleasant interaction with housekeeper who I asked to hold the elevator and she purposely closed door on me and laughed. I reported to front desk they told me to email- absolutely nothing was done not even an acknowledgment of mail.

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Chambre trop petite, lit pas confortable et petit. Le soir de notre arrivée le personnel de l'accueil nous propose une chambre avec 2 lits simple alors que nous sommes 4 et surtout que j'avais réservé 1 chambre avec 2 lits double, meme ci cela a été réglé direct je trouve cela bizarre de ne pas proposer directement ce que nous avons réservé a la base.

Pros:

Given the hotel advertised " fully renovated," I expected more updated furniture and facility. On the positive, the location is located to many forms of transportation and complementary breakfast was helpful. In terms of price quality I would recommend AC hotel which is around the corner, nicer facility or another marriot.

Pros:

La ubicación y personal amable. El problema es que un día casi nos quedamos sin desayuno porque la cocinera no vino a trabajar.

Cons:

Al llegar no existía nuestra reserva que se había gestionado y confirmado por booking, pero el recepcionista hizo la reserva él mismo como la de booking, aunque intentó colarnos otro precio más alto. Al final se gestiono para que fuera con las mismas condiciones.
