Bien situé, mais peut clairement mieux faire.
Pros:

L’emplacement.

Cons:

Literie pas très confortable et bruyante. La salle de réfectoire est toute petite. Nous devions manger notre petit déjeuner dans la chambre, car toutes les tables étaient toujours prises.

A szálloda közelében sok látnivaló van. A személyzet nagyon segítőkész, türelmes.

Super nettes Personal; gute, ruhige Lage; kleines, aber gut ausgestattetes, sauberes und schallisoliertes Zimmer; toller Service und leckeres, typische amerikanisches Frühstück

Cons:

Teils deutliche Gebrauchsspuren an den Möbeln im Zimmer, aber vollkommen im Rahmen! Frühstücksraum eher klein.

La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal del mostrador

Cons:

La habitación era muy estrecha, no había campo ni para dejar la maleta. Muy pocas mesas para desayunar. La habitación no fue arreglada un día porque al momento de pasar la camarera, no había salido, pero no volvieron a pasar.

Hotel lleno de ratas y vagos en su entrada y mal atendido

no me gusto nada, la recepción pésimo trato del recepcionista

Cons:

EL recepcionista que hizo el check in me dijo que no tenia reserva por booking, sin embargo ahora veo que si estaba la reserva, ya que me hizo pagar en el momento con la tarjeta y ahora me han cobrado nuevamente. y no hay con quien comunicarse para que me hagan la devolución del dinero por cobro indebido a través de la plataforma, son estafadores, anulan ellos las reservas para cobrar doble.
No hacen aseo todos los días
No reponen papel higiénico, todo hay que anda pidiendo en la recepción
La entrada al hotel hay un pasillo donde dejan la basura y es muy desagradable ya que se pasean las ratas grandes por fuera
también hay vagos durmiendo afuera del hotel.
el desayuno salva, pero es muy chico el comedor no hay espacio para desayunar.

Comfortable, clean and quiet! Perfect hotel for a quick stay in NY!
Pros:

The hotel is located in a pretty nice area of the financial district. Very quiet but still close enough to many places. Service was great too. Shoutout to the front desk staff they were extremely nice and friendly! Breakfast was pretty good as well, they offered a variety of options!
