Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber grundsätzlich sauber und die Badezimmer sind frisch renoviert
Getränke aus der Minibar sind kostenlos
Trotz Nähe zum HBF und den kritischen Gegenden fühlt man sich sicher

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die bestückte Minibar. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und auch hier außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal. Tipp an andere Gäste, auch wenn das Frühstück Inklusive ist kann man ruhig etwas Trinkgeld geben.

Cons:

Es war ein Schrank direkt vor der Klimaanlage, daher war der Schrank schön kühl, das Zimmer abzukühlen hat daher etwas gedauert.

Pleasant overnight stay close to the railway station

Dobry stosunek cen vs jakość, fajne śniadania
Pros:

Super miły personel. Zaprosili nas na kawę i śniadanie przed zameldowaniem pierwszego dnia. Niezwykle sympatyczna obsługa na śniadaniu. Pozdrawiam wszystkich pracujących w tym miejscu. Na 1-2 noce w sam raz.

A repeat guest, who has stayed here several times before.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Hot cooked food eg omelette, scrambled egg etc was cooked to order.
Room was squeaky clean. WiFi is very good.
Location is a 5-min walk from Hbf.
The receptionist Harry was very accomodating.

Cons:

Room is a bit small, but OK for 1 pax.

Cons:

The stay was average to good. A few ladies in the breakfast room were very kind, but the rest of the staff, including reception, were not as friendly. I also saw small cockroaches and other insects around the bed for several days. The rooms need proper insecticide treatment.
