El personal, encantado. La Mónica la recepcionista es fantástica, atenta, resolutiva, empàtica Bona persona. Molt agradable. L'entorn del hotel, tranquil i a prop de diversos pobles. El personal d'animació i el personal del restaurant també un 10. Molt agradables i atents a totes les necessitats.

Ótima localização, porém fui infeliz na escolha do período.

Cons:

Problema que as pistas de iniciantes não estavam abertas, já não havia mais neve, acho que o hotel poderia ter dado essa informação, paguei duas diárias em vão, pois fui embora no mesmo dia :(

El hotel está bien ubicado y el personal es excelente

Cons:

El hotel es barato, por lo que tampoco se puede pedir lo que no pagamos, está claro pero en general se vé bastante machacado, se entiende por volumen de gente pero pequeños cambios hacen la diferencia. La moqueta de la habitacion se ve antigua, las sábanas estaban sucias (habia restos de algo) - se veían cambiadas pero se veían restos de algo o igual habian tocado el suelo en el momento de cambiarlas.
Las paredes son de papel, se oye todo. La pared del balcon estaba agrietada (HAB 314) - las toallas no, olian bien. En fin, si se puede invertir un poco yo creo que ustedes podrían rentabilizarlo rápidamente.

El bon ambient i atenció a la sala del bar.

Cons:

El cafe - dolentíssim. Habitacions bàsiques pero desactualitzades. Ambient al menjador hostil, tot i que el metre ho soluciona.

The hotel staff is very friendly and supportive, right from reception to room service to bar/restaurants. The swimming pool is well-maintained. Food is also good.
