Pros:

They have opened a new space for some category of rooms which they don't put upfront. So pls check and book. I found them inconvenient and had to fight for the GM to adjust us. But it's better if the hotel states it clearly upfront so that customers know that the rooms are outside the property, around a km away. And you would need hotel transport to enjoy each and every thing as listed in the hotel facilities as all of them are in the main hotel space.

Pros:

rooms are spacious but Hot water was a big concern.. there was marriage in the garden & rooms are non silent..not a comfortable stay if you are looking for relaxation

Good stay but need improvement in service's
Pros:

We were not getting the room which booked from hotels.com otherwise the stay was very comfortable. They are Charging 18%gst on food which is wrong
