Toller Aufenthalt, sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Lage ist ausgesprochen gut. Etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof und etwa 7 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Wallanlagen. Frühstück sehr ausgeglichen und schmackhaft. Sehr nettes, freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer lag im 3 Stock und es war sehr ruhig. Gute Verdunkelungsvorhänge.

Cons:

Knackpunkt war die Dusche, die man etwas vorsichtig benutzen sollte, da doch viel Spritzwasser nach außen dringt.

The hotel is very conveniently located for the old town and all the important sights.
Breakfasts were excellent.
Our room was spacious and very comfortable.
With one exception, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our arrival, the receptionist was disinterested and very unhelpful. I had anticipated that I might be able to park my car onsite. Unfortunately, all spaces were full, so the receptionist gave me the name of another, nearby car park, BUT she made absolutely no effort to give me directions. Fortunately, I was able to locate it with my in-car satnav, but no thanks her! Also, we are a couple in our late 70s; the receptionist did not bother to offer help with our, quite extensive luggage.
Fortunately, we did not see that young woman again - perhaps she had been fired - all other staff were very friendly and helpful and our stay was very enjoyable.
First encounters with any business can make or break a customer's experience. That young woman needed to be reminded that it is the hotel guests who pay her wages!!!

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel mit einem sehr guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Extrem Zentral gelegen, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet

Matratzen könnten etwas härter sein.

Lage des Hotel ist super. Konnten zu Fuß sehr viel erkunden. Personal beim Check- In war ausgesprochen freundlich. Beim Frühstück war alles vorhanden.

Cons:

Allein die Verdunkelung im Zimmer war nicht optimal. Die Gardinen sind auf Höhe des Schreibtisches gekürzt, somit kommt dort das ganze Licht rein. Nicht optimal mit einem 4jährigen Kind, dass nicht schlafen möchte, solange es hell ist😅
