Not a 4 star superior service

Central position

Cons:

They refresh the room only "upon request" and if you forget to ask then you come back after a tiring work day and you have to make your bed yourself. They say that, for "sustainability", they no longer make up beds or refresh towels daily. Well, this serves as a very convenient justification while still keeping the prices at the levels of a 4 star superior hotel. While the approach is certainly beneficial for the environment, it is even more beneficial for their pockets (i.e. less water and energy consumptions means lower bills and less labour means even lower bills). The problem is that the "sustainability" does not really work for the customers pockets. Hence, unless they reduce the prices, ask always to have your bed made every day and the room, including towels, refreshed.

Schönes Hotel für's Wochenende
Pros:

Sehr höfliches Personal und schönes Hotel. Raucherbereich auch sehr schön eingerichtet.
Haben uns ein Parkhaus empfohlen weil ihres voll war und das direkt daneben nicht empfohlen wurde.

Cons:

Die Lage ist nicht sehr schön weil in der Nähe vom Bahnhof. Den Frauen wurde empfohlen nichts alleine zu unternehmen.

Sehr empfehlenswert für eine Nacht in Bremen
Pros:

Das Personal war nett und das Bett war bequem. Das Zimmer war wirklich schön, allerdings sehr heiß (draußen allerdings auch 36 Grad). Frühstück hatten wir nicht, kann es daher nicht bewerten.

Hotel ok, leider im Drogen-Hotspot Bahnhofsviertel
Pros:

Theoretisch ist die Lage gut, nah zum Bahnhof und zur Altstadt. Leider ist die Umgebung ein Drogen-Hotspot. Abends hat man ein mulmiges Gefühl auf dem Weg zum Hotel.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war zwar okay, unserer Meinung nach jedoch für ein 4-Sterne Hotel unterer Durchschnitt.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut.
Wir waren mit 7 Frauen im Hotel Achat und hatten jeweils ein Doppelzimmer zur Alleinbenutzung.
Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und das Bett sehr bequem.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Zu einer bestimmten Zeit leider etwas überlaufen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Im Vorfeld hatte ich eine Mitteilung vom Hotel
erhalten, dass die Stornobedingungen ab einer Buchung von 5 Zimmern nur bis zu einer Woche kostenlos wären. Bei Booking.com wäre eine kostenlose Stornierung am Anreisetag noch möglich.
Es war eine Unverschämtheit und wurde nach meinem Einwand mit einer lapidaren Erklärung zurück genommen.
Der erste Eindruck war daher nicht der beste, aber die jungen Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen haben alles wett gemacht.
