Prideinn is the place to be always if your budget can carry you.
Pros:

The Team work among the workforce. One of your receptionist, was outstanding in her human relation abilities.

Cons:

The Kitchen should cosider adding African menus to varieties of meal. This is Africa, we must pride our menu plse.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Beside the few negatives, it was a pleasure staying in your hotel
Pros:

The breakfast was well prepared and good. In contrast, dinner was not good. We ended up buying fast food outside because it did not meet the standard.

Cons:

Bath tab not dispensing hot water first day. In addition overheard shower tap had to be supported in order to continue dispensing water. Failure to support water flow would stop. Bath tub was repaired, but overheard shower tap needs attention.

Exceptional Hospitality: Janet Made My Stay Truly Special
Pros:

I had a fantastic experience at PrideInn Azure, and a huge part of that was thanks to Janet at the front office. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. Her genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. I truly appreciated her excellent service and I sincerely hope to see her again on my next visit!

Personalens goda inställning, fanns mycket att välja bland på frukosten, och väldigt massa kakor / bakelser.
Poolen var väldigt uppfriskande, kändes som ett isbad, vilket va väldigt skönt med de varma vädret!! 😊👍

Cons:

För ett rum i den prisklassen skall det ej finnas onödiga fel.. typ som söndrig kläd kammare, fönster som ej går att stänga helt/låsa, batterier till färkontroll slut, badrums kakel kändes väldigt "fusk bygge, vatten läckte ut från dusch, jacuzzi kändes inte fräsh, såg inte fräsh ut..
Personal väldigt snälla o goa, men kändes som att det tog åratal färbeställningar att komma fram, samt städa undan tomma glas osv från bord

Pros:

The sun exposure of the swimming pool is great! The general layout of the hotel is great

Cons:

The water was cold in the shower. The carpets in the room seem worn out. The staff at the front desk at check in were overwhelmed with little help. The balcony on the 11th floor was very very dangerous and there were children. With fireworks and activity, we left out of fear of one of the children falling off the 11th floor. They also did not reiterate the breakfast hours so we missed it all together. Maybe consider later hours considering the guests will sleep in after the new year arrives. 10am for New Years day with children is not practical. Consider 12 noon.

Pros:

Ms.Janet in PrideInn Azure hotel was extremely empathetic, and helped my family settle in our vacation. we did 2 stays in this hotel and both the times, she was around to ensure that we settle in a relaxed way. Hospitality at this hotel was at top notch and interestingly, there were Indian vegetarian food options as well. The day we had to catch our flight back to our country, Ms.Janet ensured that our breakfast was ready by 5 AM in the morning. Rooms were very neat and well maintained.Thanks to Ms.Janet and PrideInnAzure hotel for making our stay at Nairobi, so memorable.
Would highly recommend this hotel to other travellers for a joyful stay during the vacation.
