Overrated. Mediocre at best. I can't fathom how this place has a high rating.
Pros:

Rooms look nice. Have a menu listing buffet items. Convenient and good selection of channels on the tv. Exchange currency or change at front desk

Cons:

Where do I begin.
They gave my deluxe room up for what I paid for well in advanced. Couldn’t give me an explanation to as in why they did that. They thought I wouldn’t notice when they put me in a room that was not described. They said the deluxe rooms was all booked up, even though I paid well in advanced and there were deluxe rooms still available the night before. They disrespected my booking. Even the receptionist said my booking came with no breakfast, but my receipt showed it comes with breakfast. Nonsense

No welcome drink, even though stated they provide it. Didn’t give me any, but saw them giving to other people. I guess I wasn’t a certain race. They only cared about hustling me out my room.

No hot water, unless people here like cold water. You have to wait at least 10 minutes for the water to be hot.

Shower is complicated, its work trying to keep the water staying in the shower head. Pulling a nob that keeps going to the non shower head/hand held shower head. Who came up with this mechanic?

The spa is charged, totally understandable. But for the sauna to be charged is ridiculous. Usually sauna is free for guest, especially the hotels i've been too.

1 elevator was working during my stay. You will wait a long time for an elevator to come. Yet this hotel is crowded and popular. So many people cramming into one elevator. You will have to leave early for the elevator. Long wait time.

Pillows were so flat, felt like i was sleeping on the floor. It will hurt your neck.

The rooms are not soundproof. Its listed, but its not. Having a low conversation in your room and get a call that someone complained about being too loud. After hearing the commotion from outside I tested the shared wall by knocking. It was hallow and it echoed.

The a.c didn’t work in my room. Told front desk about it and nothing was done.

There were no fruits in my room. The receptionist promised she was gonna get it for my room, never happened.

Never again with this place.

Pros:

Breakfast was fine, room was big and comfortable

Cons:

The shower leaked. Check in and check out was incredibly slow. The service in the dining and bar was appalling. It took 45 minutes to be served a drink in the restaurant and in the (empty) bar I had to go up to the counter to get served. The a la carte food (which also took ages to arrive) was very poor.

Cons:

La mattina ti chiamano al telefono per sapere se vieni a fare colazione. Circa 45 prima della chiusura.
L’acqua della piscina non è riscaldata e quindi ad Agosto è fredda.

Wonderful stay.
Pros:

We loved our room, it was spacious and well cleaned.

Cons:

The dinning area is really not as fancy as the rest of the hotel. And why the green turf that's so dated - do away with that green turf outside. Lowers the look and feel of the place.
