dingy room, very noisy you could hear everybody’s bathrooms throughout the night everything they said. Very uncomfortable bed and bedding altogether the worst hostel we have stayed in.

Silencio al dormir y despertar. Recepción todos muy amables especialmente César. Excelente ubicación. Todo perfecto.
La habitación es muy básica; pero limpia. Solo una toalla. Sin alfombra de baño. La habitación no tiene ventanas a la calle. Las tiene a la recepción y el ruido es insoportable desde muy temprano. La puerta de la habitación está a un metro de un sofá donde se sientan a hablar los huéspedes y a dos metros de una cocina y un restaurante.
Primera noche con mucho ruido en habitaciones A y B, con el cambio posterior una magnifica estancia.
The adjoining restaurant, which is independent of the hotel itself, has excellent, reasonably priced breakfasts. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
This was a wonderful, centrally located and quiet spot to stay; it's really easy to walk to Centro from this location. Mario at the front desk was awesome - very helpful and professional. The front desk staff speak perfect English and the housekeeping staff take extra care in ensuring everything stays clean. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was great and the place was very clean and safe. However the bathroom while very clean is very dated.

Room was small but I guess I got what I paid for.
Great location, close to the park and the bus terminal, lots of bakeries and coffee shops around. The staff are friendly and always available, even through Whatsapp. We were very comfortable here. We even could leave our big backpacks for a few days while we went on a hike.
Your experience will vary on which rooms you get. In the beginning we were in the room facing the restaurant which got a bit loud as the walls are very thin. The next time we stayed, we got another room, which was a lot nicer to stay in, facing the inner courtyard.
Very nice staff. Good location next to a park.
