Palette Royal Reflections Hotel and Spa Dubai

Breakfast is worth in morning. Fast dood around building and car rental is behind building. Perfect location staff is very friendly.

Over all the experience was nice

For the value a very good hotel. Friendly staff and a 15 minute walk to the metro or a 5 minute bus ride. Limited restaurants but the small restaurant next door great value for both eating in and take out.

We stayed for two and 4 nights and hotel was in poor condition with poor lighting, safe did not work, cabinets were broken, fridge was missing, curtains were torn, there were roaches and small insects, many issues. Staff was friendlier, overall poor rating

Nice staff, smells of cigarettes and aircon is set too hot.

The restaurant next door is really good and well priced. The Spa is good too.

The only good thing about the hotel is the staff.

It works for the price. It just had a few things that weren’t a big deal but there were quite a few. There was construction with loud noise across the street, not all the lights worked, and it’s not the best location for transportation. However, I did like how friendly the staff was. They did everything to make sure I was taken care of.

A great hotel if you make an business trip.

It was a good weekend stay. The staff are really polite and helpful especially Mr. Shane and Mr. Naina in the reception. I would recommed this hotel to my friends. It is economical and clean with free parking as well. Good job 👍

I ignored the low rating this hotel had, thinking it will be fine as it is a 4 star in Dubai. But it really was below average. Check in only took cash, so i had to go out walking looking for a machine while i was tired. The hotel laundry wanted cash too. And when i asked could i pay at check out they told me no. Back out walking to the machine. My room was claustrophobic and not in great condition. Things like the smoke alarm was just placed on the table next to a square hole which the wiring went into. The staff were not rude or unfriendly but i did have to make follow up calls to reception, asking where things were that i had previously asked for. There was a very strong floral smell in the dark suffocating corridors, as if they were covering a worse smell. The room was pretty cheap though and I think if this hotel was a 3 star then i would consider the quality more acceptable

It wasn't up to the expectations

Room was fine, A/C was cool, did not use room service or restaurant, a couple of snags: Wifi allows only 1 login at a time, no proper chair in the room, only low & wide lounge chair.
Good value for money overall.

Very disappointing on everything.
Only bed and bed sheets were good in Tokio room.

The property itself is fine, staff helpful, bed comfortable, breakfast ok. Room a little bit small, but ok, no hot water without switching heater switch on to warm it up, not great, and the local mosque waking us up at around 5am, not pleased! But overall not too bad.

The rooms so so so small....how come they accept 3 in the room ....the fit one and only one....if you have your bag then you cannot even move inside the room .....
