Staff is superb, soft spoken and ready to complete all requirements. Location is good.

Cons:

Little improvement is required as lift was not there and sometimes crockery was not clean.

for spending night is good hotel but little expensive.
Pros:

Location is good just 2km away from Dal lake. for peaceful location is good option

Cons:

service of hotel is very bad, food quality, staff service are pathetic. food options are also very limited. need to work on staff, food quality and on menu also.
