Nice enough hotel, but probably more suited to business customers
Pros:

The closeness to the MRT and a shopping mall were positives as was the roof top pool which had a nice view.

Cons:

It’s not really near any of the main attractions. I wish I had just lumped for a hotel near the marina bay.
Very expensive for what it is. Small rooms.

Fabulous location, hotel offers everything you need.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Directly above the Somerset MRT you can travel anywhere with ease and convenience. There is also a great shopping centre under the hotel with great shops and plenty of food options. You can get from Changi Airport to the hotel lobby with ease, tap your credit card at the station and follow the simplest rail map to complete your journey (we travelled by train everywhere with ease, something we could not do in Melbourne even though we have lived here all our lives!). The pool was lovely and it was great to be able to use the 19th floor facilities until our departure which included pool, bar, showers, lockers and even a hair dryer.
