Ich hab‘s (Singapur) gesehen und das reicht.
Pros:

Hatte alles man braucht, aber es war sehr anonym und unpersönlich. Und das Preisleistungs-Verhältnis hat für mich generell nicht gepasst. Das ist aber wohl überall so in Singapur.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist wenn man bedenkt dass man in Singapur ist, ganz ok.

Above and Beyond
Pros:

It's our 25th wedding anniversary. We arrived early and our room was ready. Special shout out to Yinyin from guest relations who went above and beyond by decorating our room and giving us some suprise treats.

We only stayed one night but we were honestly blown away by the service. Thank you so much, we look forward to coming back again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at the Jen and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The room was perfect for us and very clean. The staff were so pleasant and friendly.
The location of the hotel was perfect for everything that we wanted to do.
Breakfast was exceptional with such a wide variety of choice and again the staff on duty were always pleasant and friendly. The swimming pool is great with amazing views out across the city and all the staff there were pleasant, We only had a couple of interactions with the staff at both the Reception Areas but again you cannot fault how pleasant and helpful they all are.

It was too high to climb into shower tub in our Bathroom. Risky for the older generational those with knee op

Good to have at least finger food available till 11.30pm .

The added taxes for the rooms ,thus rooms become pricy.

Wonderful!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made the experience feel welcoming and comfortable from start to finish.

The location was also wonderful—perfectly situated with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. It made getting around so convenient and stress-free.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Pros:

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Super comfortable with an excellent location — bus stop right outside, and the metro station and shopping centre in the same building. The room was spacious and quiet, breakfast delicious with great variety, and the service perfect and friendly. The rooftop pool on the 19th floor has a beautiful view.
Special thanks to Fiona for the lovely birthday surprise in our room. :) Everything made our stay truly memorable!

Absolut super Hotel.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt perfekt in der Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sind absolut ruhig und sauber. Der Empfang, insbesondere Yinyin, sind extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alleine deshalb sind wir am 4.3. nochmals in dem Hotel gewesen. Der Pool und die Rooftop-Bar sind spitze. Yinyin hat uns einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bereitet. Vielen vielen Dank
