Yin (addetta guest relation) e Rina (receptionist) sono state superlative! Io e mio marito abbiamo provato ad avere una seconda luna di miele poiché nella prima di anno fa io sono stata male la maggior parte del tempo...Al nostro arrivo Yin Yin ci ha fatto trovare una camera (noi avevamo una king superior) con vista Maina Bay e nella camera ci ha deliziato con un bellissimo messaggio sullo specchio + biscotti e macarons...Inoltre ci ha omaggiato facendoci arrivare in camera 1 bottiglia di Chardonnay e 1 tortina! La camera era spaziosa e pulita e il letto e i cuscini comodissimi. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio :).

Will definitely stay there again and refer my friends to the hotel .
Pros:

I had a great snack meal and wine in the lounge with the best server and chicken satay served to my table on hot coals! It was surprisingly delicious and much fancier than I expected for lounge food. Would highly recommend it.

Geniale Rooftop Terrasse und direkt über der Shoppingmeile
Pros:

Grosse Zimmer, die Terrasse mit Pool ist genial inkl. Blick über die Stadt, das Hotel liegt in einem Einkaufszentrum mit direktem Bahnanschluss da die Station sich unter dem Gebäude befindet.

Cons:

WC-Glasstür nicht schalldicht und Badezimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Sehr zufrieden, wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Sehr sauberes und ruhiges Hotel. Perfekte Lage, um die Stadt per MRT zu erkunden. Pool und Bar gut, zum Nachmittag/Abend wird's oben aber voll. :) Rezeption sehr freundlich und alle anderen Angestellten auch. Betten sehr bequem, Dusche etc sauber und genug Wasserdruck. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Cons:

Zimmer etwas klein aber das ist ja typisch Singapur und die Toilette könnte etwas mehr Privatsphäre gebrauchen 😂😂

Their in house specials were mostly misleading. Terms and conditions so small hard to read. Air con in room temperature varied during the night so room went from cool to warm etc. so sleeping became uncomfortable.
USB ports in room not working, fixed ok, then stopped working again
