Pure disappointment with the service. Booked for 2pm and I arrived there on time but still the hotel service lorry was still there blocking the gate. He didn’t provide any check in details and simply cut my call half through the conversation. They were still cleaning the place for hours and the guy was so rude. Wasted more than an hour at the gate to make last minute cancel manually by contacting booking.com customer service.

Pros:

I only stayed one night so can’t say much. The manager was very good with communication via WhatsApp.

Cons:

It was further from the old town than I wanted. Otherwise fine.
