Es war wirklich Luft nach oben, unsere Erwartungen an ein Haus mit vier Sternen würde nicht erfüllt

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit der Familie
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück nach Wahl.
Ruhige Lage inmitten der Dübener Heide. Gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Unseren Wünschen nach eine früheren Anreise wurde nachgekommen.

Oplichters het hele hotel speelt het spel mee.
Pros:

Zeer matig ontbijt

Cons:

We werden door hotelreceptie aardig ontvangen en ze lieten ons snel met 2 personen tekenen voor de 2 double rooms. Na 15 min kwam er iemand (vreemd) we hadden maar 1 naam op de aanvraag staan voor 2x 2peronen kamers. We hebben booking gebeld, maar zij kregen ook geen medewerking voor de kleine fout. 600 euro bij betalen. Moest en iedereen in hotel wist van de “oplichting”. Kleine moeite ook volgens Booking.com. Maar hotel werkte niet mee. Dus geen 700 maar 1300 voor oude hotelkamer zonder airco, vieze vloerbedekking en oude meubels.

Pros:

Great hotel and amazing value for money. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable with all needed.
The restaurant has good food and breakfast is variated.
