- waited for 10-15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to get checked in
- no elevator to the second floor
- heater/ ac was about an inch away from the bed making it uncomfortable for someone to sleep on that side of the bed
- breakfast both days was horrible. The eggs were not cooked and the biscuits were cold and frozen
The rooms are spacious, clean and a great set up. Bed was comfortable. Very easy to get to, just off the highway. Water park open until late and fitness center open 24hrs. Breakfast selection was amazing! This place is absolutely adorable and worth the stop!

I like the idea of the pool room, and the layout of the motel
The hot tub was very dirty, the breakfast had cold food, the juice machine didn't work, and the pastries were hard and old.
We love staying here. I enjoy the convenience and their coffee. The kids love the indoor swimming area.
Inconsiderate "neighbors" who let their kids act like feral donkeys but that's no reflection on the cranberry lodge, just non-parenting people who should stay home.
Hot tub was good, and rooms were clean!
I have messaged 2 times now about getting a refund for one night, since we cancelled a night more than 24 hours in advance! No one has answered me! The staff at the front had to no idea!
I like that it had breakfast and the pools. Rooms were nice and clean and roomy
Pools were not warm they were cold and inside pool area was cold should have been a little warmer my granddaughters lips were turning blue because she was so cold

My husband and I stayed at the Lodge with friends and had a wonderful experience. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was clean and the free breakfast was nice to have available. It was off season so the bar wasn’t open regular hours but we still enjoyed a drink or two.
It was close to the movie theater and shopping centers.
It was smaller than expected and the flushing of other toilets were loud in the room at nite

It would’ve been nice to know that there was an entire hockey team staying the exact days we stayed. Had a headache the entire time because they were all so loud. Heard everything going on above us. We left this morning and I still have a headache. Was a miserable experience for my husband, 10 yr old and I.
