Friendly botique hotel at Chelsea
Pros:

Room was cleaned daily, friendly staff. Very spacious room, comfortable bed. Great shower amenities.
Fantastic location- right near a lot of subway stations and walking distance from Penn station.

Cons:

For some reason bathroom air con was freezing…
Blanket was thin.

Nice stay in Chelsea
Pros:

The staff was amazingly helpful! Located near great restaurants and walkable to the Village and Hudson Yards. A comfy bed and a nicely sized room.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es gibt Platz um sein eigenes Frühstück in der Lobby mitzunehmen und zu essen. Toll fand ich auch, dass es in der Früh Tee, Kaffee und heiße Schokolade kostenlos gibt. Das Bett bzw. die Matratze war sehr angenehm und zu zweit war das Zimmer groß genug. Für vier Personen würde jedoch das Zimmer zu klein sein.

Cons:

Die Heizung hat sich ab und zu (nach fast jeder Stunde) eingeschaltet, um die gewünschte Zimmertemperatur zu erreichen und für diese 5 Minuten war sie leider sehr laut. Wir waren Abends aber immer so müde, dass wir sie erst in der Früh (ab ca. 5 Uhr) wahrgenommen haben. Trotzdem würde wir wieder kommen.

100% recomendable, cómodo, moderno y relativamente económico.
Pros:

Estuvimos con mi pareja 4 noches en invierno. Habitación grande, baño completo, limpio y ducha bien caliente. Cafetera (con capsulas), microoondas y heladerita. Se puede manejar la calefacción sin problema. Si bien no ofrecen desayuno, tenes cafe o chocolate caliente por la mañana (gratis). El gimnasio es muy completo también. La atención del personal fue excelente. Nos dejaron ingresar una hora antes de lo previsto y nos guardaron las valijas hasta que saliera nuestro vuelo.
La ubicación es muy buena, zona centrica donde te podes transladar a todos lados de NY con el metro, a una cuadra.

Cons:

Nada, todo excelente y lo recomiendo 100%!

Pros:

Not so small rooms as usual at New York, the mini kiosk at the reception was nice to have the little things you want, nice tv with app for Netflix, coffee machine, a lot of different towels for everything.

Cons:

It’s in Chelsea so it’s ok neighborhood but it’s between all the things you want but close to all the matro so it’s fine, small sink in the bathroom.

As a repeat guest, I was surprised by the lack of professionalism displayed by the morning manager. There was no appreciation for customer loyalty, and communication was poor. This experience reflects a need for improved training and oversight to ensure loyal customers are treated with respect.
