Ok if you don't face 28th st
Pros:

Used the gym, no towels but you can get a workout in. Appreciate the coffee and hot water in the morning

Cons:

First night got a low floor on the street side. Loud and gap between the two blackout blinds let light pour in. Begged to be moved. Told there was absolutely nothing. Next morning, early a room did come available on a higher floor at the back. 100 times better.

Pros:

The location was great. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff was very nice

Cons:

The bathroom was tiny and I’m a petite woman. It was also pretty loud since we were on the 4th floor. Cream to go with the Keurig would have been nice. But there's free coffee in the lobby.

Pros:

great location, very convenient close to Penn Station and subways, rooms were nice and clean, and fairly quiet. perfect for a stay in Chelsea/midtown.

Cons:

some of the furniture is showing age and has dings/scratches, the sink was tiny but nothing that takes away from being functional.

Great location, friendly staff and comfy place
Pros:

The experience was nice! The room we rented was quite large, so we had plenty of space (even a sofa). The location is great; within a 10 to 15-minute walk, you can reach places like Times Square, the Empire State Building, and Madison Square Garden. The staff was wonderful—very friendly and warm. We also really enjoyed the facilities, especially the rooftop terrace and the gym.

Cons:

"The shower served its purpose, but it wasn't super clean. On some days, housekeeping only made the bed but missed other areas. Also, the elevator took ages to arrive at our floor (the 7th floor). I bit expensive, but looking at the competitors we would not find anything better than Cambria for less money.

Good value for money, located very central in the flower district in Chelsea.staff was really helpful before and after booking.

Beds, pillows and towels could be more comfortable but value for money.
