Great stay great location
Pros:

O hotel é bom, quartos grandes.

Cons:

Há falta de manutenção nos quartos. Armários lavados , privada descansando.
Higiene na limpeza questionável: não deixam sacos de lixos nas lixeiras.
Banheiro minúsculo.

Excelente ubicación, habitación cómoda con todo lo necesario
Pros:

La ubicación, súper cerca a estaciones de metro y rodeada de florerías. La habitación moderna, camas cómodas, wifi OK, agua caliente, AC funcionando bien.

Cons:

Se había acabado el body wash en la ducha y no lo repusieron tras la limpieza, así como el café y los vasitos.

Terrible never again
Pros:

They canceled my room never told me they said they emailed me and checked my spam never received anything. They were able to put me up in a new room, but the bathroom was unsafe because all the bathroom handles in the shower were broken

Comfortable rooms in Chelsea
Pros:

Very friendly front desk staff, nice room size, lots of light- lovely neighborhood and great views from the rooftop.

Cons:

I was in-town for a 4am shoot, so I paid for a late checkout to have a nap after the shoot before my flight. That didn't really work out since housekeeping knocked on my door until they woke me 3 times during the extended hours. Also extremely noisy in the morning while housekeeping was cleaning the rest of the floor, not worth staying if you need a late checkout.

Chelsea and Brian - Two Gems of Hospitality!
Pros:

Chelsea and Brian were exceptional hosts. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They were genuinely concerned when we lost a jacket. They located it and other staff were also helpful. Their pleasant attitudes were refreshing. In a city that a t can seem rushed, they both were calm and relaxed yet very attentive to our needs.

Location was good. Short walk to subway and restaurants, safe neighborhood . Had 2 queen beds with microwave and small refrigerator.

Cons:

Thin walls, small bathroom, crowded elevator, worn out mattress, freezer didn’t work to keep freeze-it frozen and needed to be defrosted, metal to fridge door to hold drinks kept popping off. Our room had ice machine right outside so could hear it used all hours of the night.

Wonderful stay in Chelsea!
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Cambria Hotel & Suites in Chelsea for a few nights and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From check-in, the staff were warm and welcoming, and Johnathan in particular went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was so helpful and made the whole arrival process feel effortless.
To top it off, we were upgraded to a suite on arrival, which was such a lovely surprise. The extra space made a huge difference, and the room itself was spotless, modern, and really well designed. You could tell a lot of thought went into the little details, from the layout to the amenities.
The location is fantastic too, right in the heart of Chelsea, close to great restaurants, shops, and easy access to the subway, so getting around the city was a breeze.
All in all, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in New York. Big thanks to Johnathan and the rest of the team for making our stay so memorable. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Great location for exploring NYC
Pros:

The location was great - it was the perfect location to walk straight out the door into the heart of NYC. It was also a short walk from Penn Station, and plenty of subway stops. The beds were comfortable. Everything in the room was comfortable, albeit well used.

Cons:

We booked for 3 people; yet had 2 of most things so needed to ask for additional items at the start and during our stay. The coffee machine was broken and didn't work for the duration of our stay, and the bathroom products were empty so we had to ask for top ups. The small kitchen facilities in the room (microwave and fridge) was one of the reasons we booked as we planned to have quick breakfasts in the room each morning - yet there were no bowls, plates or cutlery available. We were able to get paper cups and plastic cutlery from the lobby, but it was a bit annoying not having any kitchenette equipment.
