Excellent location, safe neighborhood
Pros:

The location was excellent and one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. The lobby was beautiful, with comfortable sofas and a TV, making it a nice place to relax. There were many flower shops nearby, which made every walk around the neighborhood enjoyable. The area also felt very safe, with almost no homeless people around

Cons:

The only downside was that breakfast was not included. It would have made the stay even better

Pros:

Excellent location, near several metro stations. Great area on 27th and Broadway just around the corner for eating out. There are several hotels on this street, felt very safe walking around the area. Trader Joes store a few blocks away to buy groceries if you didn’t want to eat out.

Prezzo molto competitivo per la posizione ma tanti ma....

Posizione davvero ottima, metro vicinissima. Prezzo competitivo rispetto alla media di NY e soprattutto per la posizione.

Cons:

Bagno troppo piccolo. La pulizia della camera avviene anche nel tardo pomeriggio, ci è capitato diverse volte di arrivare in stanza dopo le 17 e la camera non era ancora stata pulita. Poi non lasciano mai tutti gli asciugamani puliti, eravamo in 4 e ne trovavamo sempre solo 2 in stanza, quindi era sempre necessario andarli a richiedere in reception e poi attendere che venissero a consegnarli. Inoltre hanno uno strano modo di addebitare i pagamenti, ci hanno bloccato sulla carta al nostro arrivo l'intero costo della prenotazione (senza contabilizzarlo), poi nei giorni successivi hanno iniziato a fare diversi ulteriori addebiti per il costo della prenotazione. Ci siamo quindi trovati addebiti per il doppio dell'importo. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni e ci è stato detto che il primo addebito ricevuto al nostro arrivo è solo una sorta di deposito cauzionale che loro non contabilizzano, problema che ci ha bloccato l'utilizzo della carta per tutta la vacanza, ad oggi siamo rientrati e ancora questo importo risulta bloccato...loro sostengono che non dipenda da loro ma che si tratti di una tempistica dettata dalla banca, ma quando ci si trova ad inizio vacanza vedersi una carta di credito inutilizzabile per un addebito del genere può creare grossi problemi.

Great location, friendly staff, needs care
Pros:

Overall, the hotel has a great location. It’s close to all of the subway lines and major attractions. The staff is friendly and responsive. It was a positive stay. However, the cleanliness could be improved. The glass was pushed back on the counter in the room and it was clear it wasn’t cleaned. The bathroom was also tired and the room door and cabinet door weren’t aligned and were hard to close. It would benefit from some TLC. Overall, however, a good stay.

Pros:

The hotel was in a great location close to everything with easy access by subway and a short walk from Penn Station. The staff was very nice and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated the little shop in the lobby and the rooftop bar is wonderful with great views of Manhattan.

Cons:

Some of the furniture in the room needs attention. The toilet seat was loose and the wardrobe was creaky and hard to keep closed. It was a little noisy at times, but nothing too serious and I expect that in New York (and the Knicks were playing in the NBA Finals during my stay, so I know there were a lot more people out and around on game nights).
