Good Value, Pleasant Atmosphere, Great Location
Pros:

Location was great. Rooftop bar was enjoyable. Room was spacious by NYC standards. Bed was comfortable. Pleasant staff. Safe in room. Loved the flowers lining the sidewalk all along the street.

Cons:

Lobby was tiny. Didn't like the food "closet" in lobby. Lots of dust at headboards. Door to room had gaps to the hallway, but it did lock well.

An easy choice of hotel in New York!
Pros:

Great location and access to subways. The property was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Very little soundproofing which meant we were woken up by the room next door at all hours of the night.

felt like a home away from home, i will most definitely book here again on my next visit
Pros:

the location was super convenient to the places i had planned to visit. loved the rooftop with view of the one world trade center. staff were welcoming. rooms were very clean. bathroom slightly small but the big bedroom made up for it.

Mukavaa yöpymistä huippusijainnilla
Pros:

Hotellin sijainti oli loistava, sekä kävellen että metrolla pääsi liikkumaan joka suuntaan. Kaikki keskeiset nähtävyydet olivat helposti saavutettavissa eikä hotelli ollut kaukana mistään. Huone oli suuri ja mukavasti varustettu. Sänky ja tyynyt olivat erinomaiset ja nukuimme todella hyvin huoneessa. Huoneesta löytyi jääkaappi, kapselikahvinkeitin (tarjolla myös teekapseleita ja aamuisin kahvia/teetä/kaakaota oli myös aulassa vapaasti mukaan otettavissa), hiustenkuivaaja ja kaikki tarpeelliset pesuaineet. Vastaanoton Jonathan ja muu henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja aina paikalla ja valmiina auttamaan jos oli kysyttävää. Tv huoneessamme lakkasi toimimasta ja sekin saatiin heti korjattua. Matkalaukut sai jätettyä vastaanottoon lähtöpäivänä checkoutin jälkeen.

Cons:

Hotellin siisteys ei ollut ihan Suomen tasoa ja saapuessamme huoneessa olevat lakanat olivat täynnä tahroja. Hotellin henkilökunta oli kuitenkin erittäin palvelualtista ja saimme välittömästi uuden huoneen jotta emme joutuneet iltamyöhällä odottamaan lakanoiden vaihtoa. Jääpalakone ja hälytysajoneuvot aiheuttivat jonkin verran meluhaittaa mutta meteli oli kuitenkin vain satunnaista.
