Pros:

Every one was friendly and courteous, it was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the pool and hot tub were clean, AND, they made sure I got to the airport when I didn't have transportation. I loved visiting Thief River, and Quality Inn was a wonderful place to land in the evenings.

Only complaint was that the toilet flushing mechanism was broken and I had to remove the toilet lid and pull the chain myself to flush the toilet.

I reported the issue to the Desk at check out.

You advertise a pool, but the water is so cold there is no possible way to swim and the hot tub is too hot and very uncomfortable to be in.

Overall the property isn't bad, better than some value stay hotels. I'd definitely recommend this place over any of the discount hotels in the area.

Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable and the room climate control barely worked and regularly made noises.

No exhaust in bathroom, which made the whole room humid when showering.

Property needs better snow removal around side doors.

It really needs to be updated. Notable odor in rooms, toilets pulling away from the wall. Staff are friendly, but do not recommend this hotel, needs to be updated!

Pros:

This is an older facility but well kept. The bed was very comfortable and there was room to move around. The jacuzzi was very nice and the whole pool area very nice, and indoors for year round use. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were quick to keep the food available.
