Hala Inn Hotel Apartments

Pleasantly surprised with the condition of the property. Staff was very helpful with the taxi reservations. Breakfast was very good and room amenities as well.

When i first walked into the hotel they gave me a room with a ac in the ceiling that was very loud almost like a old loud car engine.


Then i changed the room to another floor. The second room AC did not work so i slept the night woke up told the staff guy to get it fixed because im fed up with picking up my stuff changing rooms.

The room ac got fixed however whatever you ask you have to ask twice.

I asked yesterday during the day leaving my room at reception the guy said sure ill have towels and whome room sorted since i extended my stay.

This is my second time i has to call reception and ask for the same.

I paid more than my orignal booking rate during my extention of stay.

I stayed here just for the sake of convenience and not having to pack everything.

However i woudnt stay here again because now iv been waiting for over 10 minutes on a towel so i can shower.


This property should be a 2.5 star hotel. Next to my room i hear construction early morning because next door their building a building so your will hear hammers and drilling all day.


The breakfast here is absolutely a NO. I only like the lemon mint water. I do not reccomend their food or breakfast.

At the end of the day they say you get what you pay for.

So i guess for what i paid is what Im getting treated like.

Not even a coffee machine

There was no cleaning And there were a lot of flies.

Shower stall not draining properly when I was taking a shower. It was disgusting to shower in a 2-inch puddle of water every day. It appears that drains in bathrooms weren’t vented properly outside the properly. That caused a consistent foul odor in the bathrooms. Please fix.

What I liked most about this property was the staff. From those who cleaned the room, to front desk and other staff all were professional and helpful.

The smell of the room was terrible i asked for a room non smoking room and the room smelled smoking i checked out but i hope u tell them to clean it in a good way

Check in staff was good. Hotel is nice and clean. Room is comfortable but there is not enough charging points. Also faucets and shower tray in the bathroom need some fixing. Over all it is good stay.

They delivered cheap good quality food after working hours.
Free mattress set.
But room does not contain tea set.

Simple place..

Friendliest staff of any hotel I've stayed at in Dubai/Ajman and I've stayed in quite a few.
The room was adequate but had several negatives. The wi-fi would only work in the bedroom, not in any other part of the room. We called and complained several times but it was never fixed. When it did work in the bedroom it would drop several times a day and we'd have to re-set the router. Not good considering I had my work laptop with projects to complete while I was there.
The bed was very hard. I woke up sore every morning and after the second night I seriously considered changing hotels but against my bodies whishes, decided to stay.
The bathroom was very small. The shower and toilet were so close together that you had to sit on the toilet sideways. Shower door wouldn't close so water ended up all over the floor.
Nice kitchen if you only plan on using the refrigerator. One pot, one pan, no sharp knifes for cutting fruits or meat. I've stayed in similar hotels that were well equipped for preparing basic meals but I couldn't do that in this hotel.
There is a nice Shisha Café directly behind the hotel with great food and nice atmosphere! City Center mall is 1km down the road but there is nothing else around. We enjoyed this because it was quiet and there was no construction or traffic.
I wish I could say better things about this hotel because they staff was terrific but I would only stay here again as a last resort or if it was a one night trip.

The Hotel have very friendly and courteous staffs who were truly nice to us through out our twelve night stay there. All the staffs including the security men spoke to us in English without much problem.
The food was also nice and the WiFi internet was really fast. To be candid one can stream full movies without any buffering. It is pertinent to note here that the Internet is FREE. Among other freebies you enjoy while staying in the Hotel are Gym and Sauna bath.
From the Hotel you can easily access any place of interest without any problems. You also enjoy a 24/7 car hire services which is relatively cheap.
I and my family will definitely stay in the Hotel again when we are in Dubai.
And we will strongly recommend this Hotel to our friends and other customers visiting who wants to explore the new Dubai city...
