Important information:

Debit and credit cards will be pre-authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount of GBP 100 per room per night to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Pre-authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges. Children can be accommodated in rooms subject to bedding. Pets are allowed but only in certain room categories and with the below conditions: - Animal must weigh 20lbs / 9.1kg or less. - GBP 100 nonrefundable deposit will be collected upon arrival. - Contract/Waiver must be signed upon arrival. - Pets are not allowed in the bars or restaurants. - Pets may not be unattended in guest rooms. Please note, the card holder and the same card used to make the booking must be present at check-in. If the card is not presented, the property will require another payment method. Smoking, including the smoking of e-cigarettes and vaping, is prohibited everywhere on our premises, except for the patios of Superior Patio Rooms. Please note that, in case a guest if found smoking in our premises, a fine of £350 will be applied to the bill. You may smoke on the terrace of the 12th Knot bar from the opening time of the venue until 10.00 p.m. Smoking is also permitted on the river walk alongside the hotel, and cigarette posts are available for guests’ use. From July 2023 a discretionary 5% accommodations service charge will be added to your bill on check-out. This is distributed among our staff.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pros:

We had a standard room, which was beautiful. It was cleaned extremely well and had plenty of space, wardrobes, large shower etc. The location is very central which was exactly what we needed. We did all our sightseeing on foot, but used Blackfriars Station to arrive and leave the city, which is very close by. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and very tasty. This hotel was the cheapest 5* I found when booking. I was not disappointed and will definitely stay again.

Cons:

There wasn't anything to dislike.

Great all round
Pros:

Great hotel, great staff, great rooms and great restaurants. I can’t wait to visit again. My view for breakfast was idyllic, the hotel is close to Waterloo for trains and underground, you also have the option of Thames clipper near by. Or why not take a stroll up the south bank to Tower Bridge

Pros:

Went to see a show with my dad and brother. Great location on the river. Loved the quirky design and layout. Staff, rooms and breakfast all good standard. Gym decent if not busy.
