Important information:

Debit and credit cards will be pre-authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount of GBP 100 per room per night to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Pre-authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges. Pets are allowed but only in certain room categories and with the below conditions: - Animal must weigh 20lbs / 9.1kg or less. - GBP 100 nonrefundable deposit will be collected upon arrival. - Contract/Waiver must be signed upon arrival. - Pets are not allowed in the bars or restaurants. - Pets may not be unattended in guest rooms. Smoking, including the smoking of e-cigarettes and vaping, is prohibited everywhere on our premises, except for the patios of Superior Patio Rooms. Please note that, in case a guest if found smoking in our premises, a fine of £350 will be applied to the bill. You may smoke on the terrace of the 12th Knot bar from the opening time of the venue until 10.00 p.m. Smoking is also permitted on the river walk alongside the hotel, and cigarette posts are available for guests’ use. From July 2023 a discretionary 5% accommodations service charge will be added to your bill on check-out. This is distributed among our staff.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Cons:

The Superior Double Double Beds are very, very small. It says 4 can sleep in that room but that is not the case unless you have very small children. Pillows are not comfortable. The room does not have good air conditioning. It stays very warm inside the tightly sealed room making it difficult to sleep at night. Our view was into an office building although we booked 6 months in advance. Rooms are very expensive in light of the above.

Elegant modern hotel in a fantastic location
Pros:

Very good location on the Southbank, restaurants, markets and sightseeing in walking distance. Service is extremely friendly and always ready to help. Air conditioning very effective yet silent.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit bigger than other Hotels, but still quite small in typical London fashion.

Pros:

Já fiquei várias vezes no Sea Containers e vocês só melhoraram ao longo do tempo. Atendimento incrível e o conforto está sempre em dia, como a limpeza!

Cons:

Minha mãe e tia são idosas e preferiam um colchão mais duro na cama.

Cons:

Check in was very transactional and unfriendly. Didn’t offer any advice or explain the facilities of the hotel. We paid additional for breakfast. Again unfriendly greeting, filter coffee was cold. Placed in a squashed area of the dining room. Not what to expect for a 5 star hotel.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great hotel, in a brilliant location, with friendly staff, Room was quiet, bed comfortable, bathroom modern, breakfast had a good selection of food with outdoor tables for warmer mornings. I love the Lyaness bar on the ground floor as well. I have stayed here a few times now and its becoming my go to for London trips.

Cons:

A small suggestion - better range of cereals at breakfast (e.g. muesli)
