Important information:

Debit and credit cards will be pre-authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount of GBP 100 per room per night to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Pre-authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges. Children can be accommodated in rooms subject to bedding. Pets are allowed but only in certain room categories and with the below conditions: - Animal must weigh 20lbs / 9.1kg or less. - GBP 100 nonrefundable deposit will be collected upon arrival. - Contract/Waiver must be signed upon arrival. - Pets are not allowed in the bars or restaurants. - Pets may not be unattended in guest rooms. Please note, the card holder and the same card used to make the booking must be present at check-in. If the card is not presented, the property will require another payment method. Smoking, including the smoking of e-cigarettes and vaping, is prohibited everywhere on our premises, except for the patios of Superior Patio Rooms. Please note that, in case a guest if found smoking in our premises, a fine of £350 will be applied to the bill. You may smoke on the terrace of the 12th Knot bar from the opening time of the venue until 10.00 p.m. Smoking is also permitted on the river walk alongside the hotel, and cigarette posts are available for guests’ use. From July 2023 a discretionary 5% accommodations service charge will be added to your bill on check-out. This is distributed among our staff.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Tolles Frühstück mit schönen Blick auf die Themse von der Terrasse aus.
Angenehmes Viertel

Cons:

Teppichboden im Zimmer.
Zimmer nicht einwandfrei sauber.
Flecken an der Mauer, Haare und Flecke auf dem Sessel.
Mein Mann hatte sein T-Shirt auf das Bett gelegt als wir morgens das Zimmer verließen, als wir abends zurück kamen, war das Bett gemacht und das T-Shirt lag zusammengeknüllt in einer Ecke.

Brilliant hotel on the river.
Pros:

2nd time staying here. This a lovely hotel, with excellent friendly, helpful staff. Extremely clean. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. It was very hot in London and it was perfect sitting on the river front part of the restaurant with amazing views of St Paul’s. South Bank area had a great holiday vibe. The room was big, comfortable bed and great bathroom. Recommended.

Cons:

Hard to find anything! That said I had not realised there was a 5% stay service charge (which you could opt out of). I would have liked a towel rack (there are 2 little hooks in bathroom door) and the sink design bench kept getting wet when reaching for soap etc as the sink had a raised bowl design. I was a lone traveler but I imagine a suitcase stand would be beneficial for a couple.

The quiet efficiency of a good hotel.
Pros:

Very central location with much of London in walking distance. The very comfortable room had good facilities and was kept very clean, with staff always efficient and helpful.

Cons:

Not sure how much of this applies because the room was designated as being accessible, but there seemed to be wasted space in the room design with less storage than I expected. Desk not large enough to work on comfortably and nowhere to unpack and repack suitcases. Low lighting levels in common areas were initially disorienting.
And I expected a river view - we could see a little bit of the Thames, and much more of the city.

That’s are so comfy. I even bought some of their pillows.
Pros:

One of my favorite places to stay in London as a bats are just so comfortable. Whenever we have stayed, we have always been able to drop our bags to the room well before checking time. The breakfast is also lovely. Staff and service are great.

Cons:

je n'ai pas apprécié que l'on me donne une chambre pour personnes handicapées. J'aurais aimé qu'on me demande mon avis puisque j'avais réservé une chambre supérieure. La moindre des choses est de demander au client s'il accepte de séjourner dans ce type de chambre.

Gute Lage und schöne Aussicht aber keine frische Luft im Zimmer
Pros:

Schöne Aussicht. Bequemes Zimmer.

Cons:

Da man die Fenster nicht aufmachen kann und die Lüftung viel zu warm war, fehlte die frische Luft. Das war sehr unangenehm. Obwohl wir darum gebeten haben, dass es kühler gestellt wird, wurde dies nicht gemacht. Zu teuer.
