Important information:

Debit and credit cards will be pre-authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount of GBP 100 per room per night to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Pre-authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges. Children can be accommodated in rooms subject to bedding. Pets are allowed but only in certain room categories and with the below conditions: - Animal must weigh 20lbs / 9.1kg or less. - GBP 100 nonrefundable deposit will be collected upon arrival. - Contract/Waiver must be signed upon arrival. - Pets are not allowed in the bars or restaurants. - Pets may not be unattended in guest rooms. Smoking, including the smoking of e-cigarettes and vaping, is prohibited everywhere on our premises, except for the patios of Superior Patio Rooms. Please note that, in case a guest if found smoking in our premises, a fine of £350 will be applied to the bill. You may smoke on the terrace of the 12th Knot bar from the opening time of the venue until 10.00 p.m. Smoking is also permitted on the river walk alongside the hotel, and cigarette posts are available for guests’ use. From July 2023 a discretionary 5% accommodations service charge will be added to your bill on check-out. This is distributed among our staff.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Comfy, amazing stay!
Pros:

We have stayed here now a couple of times. Everytime we stay here we love it more. So clean, lots of space in the rooms and around the hotel. Very friendly staff!

Ein sehr gepflegtes,
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, an der Themse, zu Fuss können viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht werden!
Subway in der Nähe, Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Trinkwasser auf dem Zimmer. 2 Bar's im Haus.

Cons:

Die Speisen, sowohl im Restaurant als auch in der Bar waren sehr gut. Leider gibt es keine Speisenangebote für Vegetarier/Veganer.

We had a great stay at this hotel and will consider it for future London stays!
Pros:

Room and bathroom were spacious with a nice chair for reading and resting. The room had good soundproofing and was great for sleeping. Sheets and pillows were very comfortable! Walking distance to many nice restaurants and transportation options. The hotel is nicely scented. The big plus was the water dispenser by the elevators that included sparking and still option!

Cons:

The price of drinks at the hotel bar.

Nice and clean room

Cons:

We made a last minute booking but apparently when we arrived at check in, it took forever for us to get our room card due to the booking marked as a ‘no-show’.

We requested a late check in at 1pm which was approved but we had house keeping come into our room three times which affected our sleep.
