Important information:

Debit and credit cards will be pre-authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount of GBP 100 per room per night to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Pre-authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges. Children can be accommodated in rooms subject to bedding. Pets are allowed but only in certain room categories and with the below conditions: - Animal must weigh 20lbs / 9.1kg or less. - GBP 100 nonrefundable deposit will be collected upon arrival. - Contract/Waiver must be signed upon arrival. - Pets are not allowed in the bars or restaurants. - Pets may not be unattended in guest rooms. Please note, the card holder and the same card used to make the booking must be present at check-in. If the card is not presented, the property will require another payment method. Smoking, including the smoking of e-cigarettes and vaping, is prohibited everywhere on our premises, except for the patios of Superior Patio Rooms. Please note that, in case a guest if found smoking in our premises, a fine of £350 will be applied to the bill. You may smoke on the terrace of the 12th Knot bar from the opening time of the venue until 10.00 p.m. Smoking is also permitted on the river walk alongside the hotel, and cigarette posts are available for guests’ use. From July 2023 a discretionary 5% accommodations service charge will be added to your bill on check-out. This is distributed among our staff.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Her şey çok iyiydi. Tekrar gelirsem muhakkak burada konaklamayı isterim. Katlarda still/sparkling water doldurma alanları vardı. Temizlik çok iyiydi.

insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Zimmer etwas kleiner als gedacht bzw. laut Fotos angenommen, Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen und Aussicht verbaut. Sonst alles perfekt

Au total, un excellent hôtel. Je recommande vivement.
Pros:

Un emplacement parfait, pas mieux!
Un très bel hôtel avec un personnel au top et accueillant.
La nourriture est excellente.

Cons:

Une seule reproche pour le petit dej, la même chose tous les jours donc un peu monotone au bout de 4 jours.
La chambre double supérieure un peu trop juste pour une famille de 4, mais ça allait

Pros:

Great location and a good atmosphere. Spacious room. Coffee machine in room

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was surprisingly poor. Room temperature resets during the night, makes you wake up very hot.

Très propre, personnel souriant et très serviable.

Cons:

On nous a donné une chambre pour personnes à mobilité réduite. Il a été compliqué pour moi de me laver les dents et me raser en faisait 1m83 en ayant le lavabo au niveau des cuisses.

Location is superb, staff in hotel was friendly.

Cons:

There was a dispute about a charge and the customer representative was not helpful, not giving us a timeline. Eventually, it was all resolved but it left a bad aftertaste.
There were also some stains in the floor of the bathroom, it just looked worn and should not be present at a hotel of this category.
