Lovey hotel and staff very helpful
It’s in such a great location, with beautiful views of the Thames. Stylish and classy decor with well appointed rooms. Staff were fantastic and upgraded us to a suite, which was a wonderful surprise and much appreciated. Wish we could have stayed longer!
Only small issue was that the phone in our room didn’t seem to work.
The location is perfect to explore London. The staff were very friendly and it was great to have free water stations on each floor
Excellent location, kind and helpful staff, delicious and rich breakfast.
Spot on location
A bit pricey in the bar
Fantastic location. Vibrant well appointed hotel.
The staff were very pleasant and the location was excellent.
Nothing.
Extremely comfortable bed & lovely roof top bar
Could not check in until 3pm....and infact did not get our room until 3.20pm
Made my daughter and I feel very special. Managers are all fantastic and the concierge guy who welcomed us was an absolute joy (Hulio, I think his name was). The gentleman on the desk at breakfast was a joy. All the staff are very welcoming!
Absolutely fantastic Hotel, amazing location and amazing service
Nothing :)
The breakfast was good.
The staff in the cocktail bar were brilliant , especially the Irish guy , he was very friendly and sat and talked to everyone and very knowledgeable about all drinks.
The hotel is too dark and couldn’t see anything at all.
Very bad if your sight isn’t the best.
The seating is awful , just extremely uncomfortable everywhere.
The longe area by the cocktail bar the seating too low and rock hard as was seating in cocktail bar.
Just nowhere comfortable at all!
No water in rooms had to walk back towards the lift to fill up jug.
This is poor as bottled water should be supplied free of charge to all rooms.
As someone will mobility issues this was a huge inconvenience.
The room was not worth the price at all.
