The room was comfortable and clean. It is always nice that they have the couch area to be able to sit separately when my kids are watching TV on the beds.
I do not like that Hyatt Place bathrooms have the frosted glass doors. It means the light from the bathroom wakes others up when you need to use it in the middle of the night.
It is in a great location to the Inner Harbor. I felt safe in the location. There are a lot of great restaurants to choose from to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Nothing at all.
The property was in a great location, restaurant and walk-in distance, grocery stores and walk-in distance

Close to the location for which I came to Baltimore: Keystone Korner.
A bit more variety at breakfast.
Just about everything
At times the service took longer
Clean and welcoming
I did not like the breakfast- not enough to choose from and bagels were stale and mini egg quiches were burnt. Also thought our room was small/narrow.
Overall disappointing. Our impression was Hyatt was a more luxurious brand than we usually stay in. And the price seemed to reflect this. However multiple issues in the room and with the breakfast. Staff was great. Room was clean. Nice view as requested. But disappointed in the quality of the stay.
Ralph, the supervisor, on the front desk at check in first wanted to charge $60 for early check-in then said there was no room available but we could have a double queen on a lower floor and then when pressed found a king bedroom on the 8th floor and did not charge. Continues to insist that they cannot disclose what they were paid by American Express and therefore will not adjust the overcharge. Oh yes and first claimrd that we haven't paid and then realise that we had.
The next day he was all smiles and made me a coffee and approved a late check out on our last of 4 days.
At this hotel you have to ask for a safe which of course can easily be removed, and you have to request housekeeping or else they do not clean your room.
It took three goes to fix the air conditioning and two goes to get the television working.
This is a place where they do the bare minimum but not for a bare minimum amount of money.
Beautiful place
Getting my deposit back has been a hassle. It's going into a month now, and I still haven't received it
