The hotel itself is nice. I just think a few things needs refresh.
Pros:

Very close to the centre. Big hotel. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

I wouldn’t say this hotel was dirty. But there was a few spots in my room that were stained that I wish were changed. My couch had some stains on there, the bath had a dark streak running through the bottom of it, and the toilet seat needed a refresh.

Unbearable , extremely dirty rooms and bad costumer service untill you become demanding.

The gym was half decent and breakfast had large selection . I had more worse experiences then good)

Cons:

The rooms were so dirty my feet were black from about 4 steps(didn’t go barefoot again). Under the bed was so dusty n crusty there was stuff from previous guest , I wiped down the surfaces (tables, night stand) it took about 3-4 baby wipes for to be not black at one point I thought it was the varnish (it wasn’t) but I will say the sheets were clean or at least had no visible dirt on them. The second night we stayed here the biggest RAT (6th floor )I’ve ever seen ran up our curtain into a big hole in the roof.. so obviously we demanded a room change at the minimum (weren’t able to do anything until we demanded a refund over WhatsApp) the magically a room appeared for us at midnight btw… which the aircon was BROKEN, if you’ve ever been in January yk that was unbearable. Attached is the hole featuring a lizard of sort who also paid a visit .. more welcome then our other furry friend.

Mysig, avkopplande, väldigt fint boende - skulle absolut rekommendera
Pros:

Fantastisk personal - trevlig och hjälpsam, fantastiskt fint boende, fräscht överallt

Cons:

Ingen kyl eller vattenkokare på rummet. Man behövde använda gemensamt kök om man ville laga mat.

Affordable.

Cons:

Breakfast limited variety. Coffee and tea no refill station. Old Hotel.
Every night is noisy with dog barking. Stay at 5th level. Every night I will hear the top floor moving furniture. Well wouldn't comment much on what you pay at the low price. Overall stay rating 5.5/10.

Bali is over saturated with villas and hotels; a better option for the same rate is highly possible!

Water dripping along the corridors when raining
Long walk from reception
Not clean
Check in only at 14:00, even the hotel was not fully booked
Security deposit has to be paid in cash only, this was not communicated earlier
