Alex e tutto il suo staff sono persone speciali. Molto accoglienti e pronti a dare qualsiasi informazione. La colazione è ottima. La struttura è vicino al centro ma in una posizione tranquilla. Stanza pulitissima.
Alex noleggia anche moto a prezzi giusti.
Insomma..sicuramente da riprenotare non appena si può!

Pros:

Posizione perfetta per il centro di kata e il mercato notturno, per le spiagge consiglio di spostarsi con grab/bolt. Struttura molto accogliente e pulita, staff super gentile.

Pros:

The location was in a quiet area, close to a 7-Eleven and other shops, and within walking distance of the Kata Night Market. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom layout was inconvenient, as the shower was not separated from the toilet. Even with some space between them, water reached the toilet area, making it difficult to use after showering.

Pros:

Guesthouse veramente consigliata per un soggiorno a Kata Beach. La struttura è vicina a tutto ma poco fuori dal caos delle strade principali e del night market, il ché la rende una posizione ottima. Staff amichevole e gentile.

Cons:

Struttura e arredamento (bagno soprattutto) un po' datati.

Localização próxima à praia Kata
Pros:

Localização boa, a poucos minutos da praia. Quarto espaçoso com uma varanda legal. Funcionários super simpáticos, compramos os passeios direto com eles e deu tudo certo.

Cons:

O banheiro estava com problema de infiltração, o gesso do teto pingava água acumulada. Iminente cair a qualquer momento. Ralo do banheiro funcionava quando queria.

Il proprietario Alex molto gentile e disponibile.
Presenza di un minimo di colazione anche se non è incluso nel pacchetto (caffè, latte, pane da toast,marmellata, biscottini). Ogni giorno venivano fornite due bottigliette d'acqua e comunque c'era un boccione nella parte cucina.
Forniscono 2 dispenser con shampoo e sapone.

Cons:

La pulizia della Camera lasciava a desiderare perché presentava capelli e peli al nostro arrivo e le piastrelle della doccia dovrebbero essere passate con la candeggina perché c'era presenza di muffa nelle fughe
