As part of our scheduled maintenance, we will be shutting down the swimming pool from 31st May, 2023. We apologies for the inconvenience caused and our services will be back by 16th June, 2023

IDENTITY PROOF: In keeping with Government regulations, we request each guest (regardless of occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity and address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as the above. Also, please do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking.

Group policy: Booking of more than 5 rooms will apply different cancelation and guarantee policy. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking that has come for 5 or more rooms even with different names /confirmation numbers, from same source as the booking will be considered a group booking, with different rate and policies applicable.

A New Year's Eve gala dinner will be available at the property for guests staying on 31st December. The mandatory festive meal surcharge on INR 1400 + taxes per person is payable during check-inPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Worth visiting if you are planning to stay in Gachibowli
Pros:

Amazing people and staff
Felt like home, ambience and vibe of entire place was very amicably.

Special Mention to the dining staff, reception and other caretakers. Small and sweet trip from office resulted into a great memory.

It was good experience staying in this property however the hotel or food court staff can still improve their quick service and menu can be much better compared to other lemontree properties. Especially the desert options are very mundane

It was really a good experience and comfortable stay at the hotel.
Pros:

It was a really good and pleasing stay at Lemon tree hotel Gachibowli. The behaviour of staff is good and cooperative. The cafeteria provides good food that is healthy and delicious. Manager Raja Sarkar and his team in cafeteria had been very proactive in services and concern with the requirements of each customer.
