IDENTITY PROOF: In keeping with Government regulations, we request each guest (regardless of occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity and address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as the above. Also, please do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking.
Group policy: Booking of more than 5 rooms will apply different cancelation and guarantee policy. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking that has come for 5 or more rooms even with different names /confirmation numbers, from same source as the booking will be considered a group booking, with different rate and policies applicable.
A New Year's Eve gala dinner will be available at the property for guests staying on 31st December. The mandatory festive meal surcharge on INR 1400 + taxes per person is payable during check-inPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Yadav ji and team is great...............
Had a lovely experience at Lemon Tree Hotel Gachibowli. Stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days, and every breakfast experience was wonderful, mainly because of Tinku Yadav.
He personally took the effort to understand our preferences and specially designed food for us throughout our stay. Every day there was something unique, including a special dish made exclusively for us. His warm hospitality made the entire stay feel like home.
Kudos to Tinku Yadav for the exceptional service, and also to Thirumalesh for the additional support and care. Truly appreciated the effort and personal touch.

Had a very pleasant stay with a friendly staff as well. Anusya at the reception and another gentleman in the morning at 7 a.m. were quite helpful.
The only constructive criticism I have is that one of the treadmills was malfunctioning so a routine check should be implemented.

Stay was comfortable. Staff was quite helpful even though I had a late check in.
Anisha and Tinku at the breakfast was courteous and guided us well.
Overall my stay was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and provided highest level of customer service.
We stayed at the hotel and enjoyed breakfast there on two mornings. As someone who is not used to spicy food, I wanted to try the local specialty, dosa, but was concerned it might be too spicy for me.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Tinku Yadav and the entire buffet team. On both mornings, they went out of their way to prepare a special non-spicy dosa for me. It was absolutely delicious, with a wonderful and unique flavor that is difficult to describe in words.
What impressed us even more was the exceptional level of care and attention. The staff were incredibly attentive, always anticipating our needs and making sure everything was perfect. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication made our experience truly memorable.
The service was of the highest standard, and we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Thank you for making our breakfasts so enjoyable and for providing such outstanding hospitality.

Only dinner was good
My stay was horrible. Never expected this from Lemon Tree. First of all, while check in I face issue. I can from work trip. My booking was till 12th of June. However due changes in the plans in my work. I had to prepone it to 9th to which at reception I have been told that charges for 10th, 11th, 12th also will be applicable even though I stay or not. Does it make any sense. Then they asked to do it through booking.com . I was unable to do it but somehow I managed to change the dates in booking.com. Secondly, the room was not at cleaned. I could literally see hairs on the bed side table. This is how you welcome your guest. Third, internet was down. I had come for work trip and seriously such big hotel has doesn’t have a basic amenities. Breakfast was not all good. And lastly, the main thing, while checking out, I asked for bill to which they told their server is down and they can’t provide it right. It was so disappointing, I came for work trip and I need the bill to provide it to my company for claiming expenses and this is how they are doing. They promised to provide the bill by 18th of June and to my surprise it’s 19th of June and I am writing this review with utmost frustration they have still not shared the bill to me. I don’t know what to about it now. I stay in different city and they had assured me that they will provide the bill. But i haven’t received yet. This is my genuine feedback
