As part of our scheduled maintenance, we will be shutting down the swimming pool from 31st May, 2023. We apologies for the inconvenience caused and our services will be back by 16th June, 2023

IDENTITY PROOF: In keeping with Government regulations, we request each guest (regardless of occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity and address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as the above. Also, please do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking.

Group policy: Booking of more than 5 rooms will apply different cancelation and guarantee policy. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking that has come for 5 or more rooms even with different names /confirmation numbers, from same source as the booking will be considered a group booking, with different rate and policies applicable.

A New Year's Eve gala dinner will be available at the property for guests staying on 31st December. The mandatory festive meal surcharge on INR 1400 + taxes per person is payable during check-inPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

hotel staff is really friendly 🥰and welcoming!! I would like to thank Mr yadav who helped us in buffet and Mr akram from housekeeping staff for the hospitality and quick solutions for my queries….if i talk about the room ;its small but clean …The tv is very small and doesn’t work though!! no youtube nothing!!!😭😭….

Nice hotel and great service by staff. Specially from the supervisor Yadav who was very attentive and helpful always with a smile. He even suggested me to try a variation of Dosa that was extremely good and tasty! Thanks for the good service and for more employees like him! would definitely recommend.

Well located average hotel with sparks of brilliance
Pros:

Location for the purpose we travelled. Food quality and service is nice. The restaurant team with Yadav in lead was very cordial and helpful even when we went in late for the breakfast

Cons:

Rooms need a bit if working (the upper floors are redone and nice but the lower floors are really dated). Housekeeping is not responsive. We had a plumbing issue with no water in the bath and toilet and the repairman struggled for an hour to get it repaired and then declared all working and left but nothing was solved. So at 12 midnight I called the lobby manager for a change of room but was initially told that the manager was 'busy' ( at midnight!). Later I had to go down to the lobby and make some noise to get them to give us another room. Which was a smoking one and stinking. But since it was only 1 night we somehow managed. It should not be like this.

Great food Great experience
Pros:

Tiku Yadav from the Citrus Cafe located in the lemon tree Gachibowli is very helpful and provided all the customized food items which you need. The kitchen serves both veg and non veg food item. The taste is good and resturant team is super helpful. . . Recommending this lemon tree hotel if you are staying in Gachibowli Hyderabad area.
The hotel is super clean with big rooms. Recently they have renuated.
