Very clean and nice hotel. Friendly staffs and their service is very good. There's good choices for breakfast. They even prepack the breakfast for us when I requested due to travelling. Hotel location is nearer to airport. They do have luggage storage and airport transfers with a min charge. Hotel is recommended 👌
It's a well located and excellent property with good parking lot. The staff is polite, cooperative and was willing to sort out any issue. The room was clean and well maintained. The restaurant was well laid and the food was very tasty . Overall a pleasant stay.
This is supposed to be a four star hotel, but that’s at least two stars too many. Dirty rooms, poor quality food and too far away from Cochin. On the positive side, the staff on reception were helpful and tried to make things better, but the issues appear endemic within the hotel and there wasn’t much they could do.
This is a budget friendly hotel located near to Cochin airport. They have a very good restaurant. Food were delicious . Linens were clean. Toilets were neat and clean. Toiletries were excellent. Staff were super friendly and supportive. Shall return
This hotel is neither 5 star or luxury. It possibly was in the 1970s, but torn and stained bed linnen, tattered curtains, threadbare furniture, broken or missing appliances, shower that floods the room...there's more to say but I'll leave it here. Suffice to say this hotel makes a backpacker hostel look like a resort. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and the elevator was nice.
Good staffs all around and helpful particularly reception. Food also good and rooms are well maintained. Very near to airport all requirements of shopping is nearby. Rooms are quite and linens are clean
Rooms and cleanliness is average and not up to star hotel standard. They dont provided normal drinking water after two complimentary water bottle, which is ethically wrong too. Only option is to but from them, they said they dont have normal filtered water, though to us they provided another two bottle complementary. Breakfast was not up to slandered.
As vlogger 'Andrew traveled There' on YouTube shows, this hotel has it all! The most hospitable staff, very perfect delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, comfortable, cozy and clean rooms, pool, gym, amenities etc.,also convenient area near the Cochin airport also with Indian street food around area like banana fritters and chi tea just blocks away, nice tuk tuk and taxi services, and the guest / residence were also very friendly, and it was fun to enjoy a snack or beverage with them at the other restaurants on site at this hotel. Decent price for a fun, comprehensive hotel. Good experience and fond memories of my stay there, and the staff was so helpful and nice. And the Indian paradise of the state of Kerala. Hope to visit again!
The hotel is filthy and in disrepair.
The bed linen was dirty and not changed from previous guests.
The washroom was filthy and I doubt it had been cleaned in a long time.
All the surfaces were sticky and the wall had marks all over them.
The rooms had not been dusted and the windowsill was disgusting with a used condom on the exterior windowsill.
The swimming pool was milky in colour and a fish tank full of stagnant water just sitting in reception with no fish in it.
The staff had no idea what the WiFi code was and wanted my phone so that they could put in the various codes they had but would not allow me to do it.
The restaurant was filthy the table clothes all had stains on them the menu was falling apart.
I was very unhappy with my stay and did not eat food from this place.
It was a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It's really value for money. Although the infrastructure is old but appears to be well maintained. Staff was polite. Food was good and had sufficient variety. All things considered, i would definitely recommend this hotel.
Staff are very helpful
The location was close to Nedumbassery airport though it is about 3 km away from the terminal.Well maintained, ample parking space, courteous security, front desk and house keeping staff.Room was well maintained especially bathroom.Bed linen were clean and smell was fresh. They have a pool and spa which was not used as our stay was only for hardly a day.Food was okay, but you have several nearby options in and around the airport as well.Getting out of the property drivers should be careful about the signal as we directly enter a main junction with reasonably busy traffic.
Front desk staff Aishwarya, took us through the check in without any delay and offered a welcome drink.
All together it is a perfect short stay for families utilising the airport services either for picking up or dropping your near onesat the airport and taking time to stretch out and relax before you go back to your original destination.Hotels and Expedia together gave a great rate for a day which made the stay cool and comfortable and we were three adults in a room and managed with 2 beds though they offered extra bed.
Nicely appointed hotel - checked into a Luxury room on 19th March 2022. Good clean hotel with all modern amenities - great F & B - crispy fried veg and Gobi Manchurian dry are a must have - highly recommended.
Hotel is good and staff is coperative. But the problem is that many amenities are non functional. The hair dryer does not work. Many sockets do not work. TV has no subscription.
On entering the room, we faced many problems because the key card lock was not proper, finally the lock had to be repaired.
Please repair and maintain your hotel.
The breakfast is good, especially the sambar.
Very bad experience . They have advertised about airport shuttle service and at night they say they don’t have it anymore, and gives a variety of excuses. Not at all helpful staff. They make you wait endlessly saying they will revert back and never does that.
They claim themselves as luxury hotel !!!
Won’t suggest this hotel to anyone.
hotel is very comfortable for staying with family...
Stay was amazing..
one of the best hotel near by cochin international airport.. clean and neat hotel, service of the hotel staff was very pleasant , 24 hours food service available.....
Diana heights LUXURY hotel - happened to stay here last night. They call themselves a five star hotel, but just can’t figure out in what way. Luxury was just in the name
Had booked an executive suite since it looked bigger and better on the website. After checking in found the room to be cramped and contacted the reception to ask if they’ve given the right room,. The answer was an affirmative yes.
The bathroom rug looked real dirty and the whole bathroom felt really congested. So while checking out, asked another staff what kind of room we were staying and she told it’s the basic deluxe room. We felt very bad being cheated like this
You pay for a higher priced room and they give you a much lower priced basic room was a bitter experience. This has happened the first time for me in so many years of travel across India.
The GM apologised admitting their mistake. But I’m sure it would’ve been done with his knowledge. Pathetic
At the end I’d like to tell just one thing- deceiving customers is NOT good in business. One should do business in the right way. We, the traveller community should raise our voice against such fraudsters.
Bad customer approach. For every question it was No. Booked presidency suite and wonderfully, the lights were not working when checked in. The mini bar was empty , only to find two bottles (mini) of bisleri mineral water.
When asked for food, the reply was will do it in the morning. When asked about the mini bar, the reply was we only provide soft drinks. :) That was funny enough.
Anyways, this was a first kind experience. Hope , never again.
Those who book, please cross check your needs and confirm it. Or else, will be left out with no options
Delicious food ,nice ambience Fabolous hospitality . Spa facility is excellent . Thanks team & manager for the excellent service. Keep up the good job .Very good airport hotel at Cochin.
I was at Cochin for a business trip .enjoyed my stay at Diana Heights
Very good airport hotel to stay or arrange meetings when you are short of time. Nice restaurant, food was good and pricing also reasonable. Service of hotel staff was very pleasant, especially manager Mr. Viju Baby.
