Mixed reports: several guests praise neat rooms, but multiple mentions of bathroom odor, old bathrooms and occasional dirt lead to an overall below-average cleanliness score.
Service
8.5
Consistently positive: many guests highlight helpful staff, excellent customer service and smooth/quick check-in procedures.
Location
8
Generally strong for airport access — several mentions of being very close to the airport and good location, though one or two guests noted location was not ideal.
Room Quality
7
Rooms are described as neat and clean and good value, but recurring notes about old bathrooms and toilet smells lower the room quality rating.

Value for Money
8.5
Multiple guests explicitly state 'value for money' and recommend the hotel for its price, supporting a strong rating here.
Food and Beverage

Mixed feedback: several mentions of good food, but others report very bad food and limited half‑board options, producing a slightly above‑average but inconsistent score.
Overall Experience
8

safe and comfortable
Pros:

The reception staff were welcoming and informative, and access to the room was easy. The rooms were well-maintained, although a little small for three adults.

I opted for breakfast and one additional meal, and both were excellent and delicious. The hotel also felt safe and offered convenient access to the airport.

Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. I would recommend it to others.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit small, especially for three adults. Housekeeping should be more regular, with daily replenishment of essentials such as towels, tea bags, and drinking water. Airport transportation is available for only one option, either pick-up or drop-off, rather than both. Providing both services would be more convenient for guests.

Very friendly helpful staff, homemade breakfast, kind and welcoming and lovely facilities. Quiet, natural surroundings with bird song to wake up to. A short walk to shops and food vendors.

Cons:

A little noisy in the corridors during the day but it was perfectly quiet at night.

Pros:
