Bellissimo!
Pros:

Hotel moderno e molto accogliente. La struttura è bella, curata e arredata in stile contemporaneo. La camera era confortevole e il letto molto comodo.
Lo staff è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile; abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il ragazzo che parlava italiano.
La colazione era buona, anche se la parte dolce potrebbe essere migliorata con una scelta più ampia.
Molto comoda la possibilità di noleggiare biciclette direttamente in hotel al costo di 15 € al giorno. Inoltre, la posizione è ottima: la metropolitana si trova a solo un minuto a piedi e l’hotel è facilmente raggiungibile dall’aeroporto con i mezzi pubblici.

Cons:

Unico piccolo appunto: durante il soggiorno gli asciugamani non sono stati sostituiti. Tuttavia, non siamo certi che ciò sia dipeso da una nostra dimenticanza, poiché probabilmente non li abbiamo lasciati sul pavimento.

Rundum überzeugender Aufenthalt in Berlin - wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens betreut.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Frühstücksangebot außergewöhnlich vielfältig: frisch, abwechslungsreich und qualitativ hochwertig.
Die Lage am Spittelmarkt ist ideal. Zentral gelegen, erreicht man die U‑Bahn‑Station in nur zwei Minuten, falls man einmal nicht laufen möchte.

La posizione vicino alla metro, staff a colazione molto disponibili

Cons:

Letto e cuscini molto scomodi. Mancava il sapone della doccia che hanno provveduto a riempire ma la cosa assurda è che il contenitore del sapone per le mani è stato riempito con l'acqua.

Very good value stay
Pros:

Good value stay, comfy room. Location is great.

Cons:

I believe there was a mistake at the check in. I booked the largest room but I got a smaller room. Then I had to change the room for some other reason and that time I've granted with the larger room as I believe what I've booked already. Staff can be more accurate in such matters. But they were understanding and truly helpful. No kettle in the room was disappointing.
