Lage, kostenfreies Upgrade

Cons:

Kein Ausziehsofa oder Kingsizebett für Familien. Frühstück war ausreichen, hätte aber mehr sein können an Auswahl. Parkplatzsituation ist sehr schlecht. Sowohl das Hotel als auch die öffentlichen Parkplätze sind sehr teuer.

Toller Kurztrip!
Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel mit moderner Ausstattung und guter Lage zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten!
Das Frühstück war super gut ,es hat an nichts gefehlt!
Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal!

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat mir das Lüftungs und Heizsystem !
Es lief mit lautem Gebläse den ganzen Tag und Nacht durch und man konnte es nicht abschalten!
Jedoch nach einer Beschwerde meinerseits an der Rezeption wurde es wenigstens von 22Uhr bis morgens 6:30Uhr abgeschaltet ,wo man natürlich direkt dadurch geweckt wurde!
Die Temperatur war dann nachts sehr kalt!
Auch in der Toilette gab es keine Heizung, was ich recht kalt fand!
Die Matratzen mit Topper waren mir zu weich und verrutschten jede Nacht nach vorne ,was sehr unbequem war!

Hyvä siisti hotelli hyvällä paikalla.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli saksalaiseksi monipuolinen ja hyvä. Hotelliin helppo tulla. Lähellä oli erinomainen iltaruokapaikka.

Echt nicht mehr Zeitgemäß
Pros:

Das Frühstück war tatsächlich sehr gut. Die Lage ist natürlich in Berlin-Mitte, mit direkter Nähe zum Nikolaiviertel, unschlagbar.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft kalt. Man sagte mir, die Heizung brauche etwas Zeit zum Aufwärmen, doch auch nach vier Stunden war es noch immer kalt. Der Kommentar des Personals, dass die Heizung 'eben nicht schnell ist', ist unbefriedigend. Wenn dies bekannt ist, erwarte ich, dass der Raum im Winter vorgeheizt wird, bevor der Gast eintrifft. Immerhin war dann plötzlich sehr schnell ein Heizlüfter verfügbar.

Die Parksituation ist absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Wir erhielten um 14:00 Uhr den letzten Parkplatz im Haus. Dieser ist nur über einen PKW-Aufzug erreichbar, für den man sich jedoch vor dem Check-in erst den Schlüssel an der Rezeption holen und dann unterschreiben muss, dass das Auto gewisse Maße nicht überschreitet. Die Alternative ist eine Garage, die fünf Gehminuten entfernt liegen soll – im Winter bei Glatteis eine Zumutung.

Was den Service betrifft: Man sollte niemals mit dem Kunden diskutieren. Wenn ein Gast Mängel anspricht, ist die Aussage 'Aber andere Kunden empfinden das nicht so' die denkbar schlechteste Reaktion.

Zudem ist der Frühstücksraum nur über Treppen erreichbar. Für Menschen mit Einschränkungen ist das denkbar schlecht gelöst, es sei denn, sie bleiben zum Frühstücken oben an der Bar.

Grundsätzlich war es zwar sauber, abgesehen von einer gebrochenen Steckdose im Bad in Zimmer 704. Diese habe ich jedoch nicht mehr gemeldet, da ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits resigniert hatte.
